This is such a great dupe for the Doona stroller padded car seat cover, especially for airport travel. It’s lightweight but still very durable, with really nice padding to protect the stroller/car seat. Super easy to use and put on, which is a huge plus when traveling. The material feels nice and good quality, not cheap at all. I also love that it rolls up really compact when not in use, so it doesn’t take up much space. The price is amazing compared to the one sold on the Doona website—definitely a great dupe and totally worth it!

This bag has been on 4 flights so far and still works great! It was a cheap investment to keep my Doona stroller a little safer and much much cleaner. It’s easy to roll up and pack away with the built in clips and it’s also super easy to bag up your Doona with this. I kept this bag rolls up and strap it to the front bottom of the Doona around the metal bar when walking through the airport and then when I get to my gate I bag up the Doona and walk it to the final destination using the convenient backpack straps. It’s a great design, so far it seems durable, it’s a perfect fit for just the Doona without the Doona base, and it’s a cheap investment to protect your Doona from dirt and scuffs.

Traveled 6 times now with this and it’s held up great!! Easy to store as it rolls up. You can fit a lot in carrier. We have the Doona and I can put all the attachments in it with the car seat.

I recently used this Padded Car Seat Travel Bag compatible with Doona, and overall, I'm satisfied. The padding is decent—not super thick, but it offers enough protection for regular travel. The bag itself is well-made, durable, and feels like it can handle the wear and tear of airports and road trips. It fits the Doona nicely, with a little extra room for quick packing and unpacking. The zippers work smoothly, and the straps are comfortable enough for carrying through terminals. If the padding were a bit thicker, I’d give it five stars, but for the price and convenience, it’s a great buy for anyone traveling with an infant car seat.
