This is a great product and easy to use! It’s durable and seems like it will last for quite some time! The only problem, is the adhesion! I followed the instructions and after 2 uses of about 10 minutes each, it fell off my dashboard! I’d like to give this product another chance before sending back so I will once again, clean my dashboard and try to stick it on once more! Update: since falling off, I cleaned my dashboard with dish soap and water as well as an alcohol wipe! I too, wiped the bottom of the product with an alcohol wipe and tried adhering it to the dash! It hasn’t fallen off since and seems like it’s adhering well! I upgraded from 3 stars to 5! ... show more

I'm using the VANMASS phone mount in a 2015 Honda Accord and it was purchased because it did not require an adhesive pad attached to the vehicle dash. The installation worked very well but I had a minor issue and contacted VANMASS support, which proved to be very helpful and responsive. It seemed to be a possible defect with the mount and I was sent a no-charge replacement which arrived a day or two later. My Accord has a perfect mounting area - a flat & smooth mid dash area - so removing the original mount for replacement took a very firm hand. The suction held extremely well and finally released with no damage. That said, it provides a very solid mount that puts my phone in an optimum position, and the phone holder attaches and releases the phone quickly, firmly, and easily. Time will tell as to durability but it seems solid and well made, with metal bolts and metal sleeves in the plastic adjustment knobs. I recently took a trip to Texas and was nervous about being able to drive & manage the Google Lady's directions + screen map. (I don't have in-car wi-fi.) Didn't want to juggle the phone & watch where I'm going at same time. My car is small, btw. I followed directions & installed the holder directly behind the steering wheel. It worked great! Yes, it's a bit jittery on bumpy roads, but I had no problem hearing, seeing, & understanding the directions & info. I don't see how any holder could stay absolutely still all the time, anyway. Granted, it wasn't super hot weather & I had my windshielf screen on, but I was parked outside. There was no problems with the suction there or back. The other night I had to charge my phone using my car in a lull during a severe storm. I had a 4' charge cord. I put my phone in the holder, attached the cord, and had a lovely adventure driving around. No problems! ... show more

Very, very sticky on the window. Stayed on despite lots of bumps in the road. All adjustments stayed on tight driving on rough roads. So far super happy with it. I have an IPhone 12 Pro Max with a case and fits just fine.
