They puffed up faster than I was expecting them to be, mine were roughly about 90% puffed up by day 2. There were no tools needed which meant no hassle on putting this together. As for comfort, the "cloud couch" name doesn't lie. The foam gives that perfect sink in but still support feel and the armrests are great for afternoon naps. To anyone on the fence about this couch, trust me, its worth it! The modular design makes setup so simple and within days, I had a premium, customizable lounge area that looks like it cost twice as much. Item is defective. One side of the sofa does not inflate pillows. Do not inflate and sofa is like a toy is so small. There are no legs to the sofa. This is an expensive sofa for nothing. And they are asking me to put this package back in the box. How am I supposed to do that?

I've never left a review so fast, but this couch deserves it. The first night, I fell asleep on it by accident—the angled armrests cradle your neck like a pillow, and the seat depth is insane (I'm 6'2” and can fully stretch out!). The media could not be loaded. Instructions say to allow couch to expand to its true form. This is a “boneless” couch. Fluff pillows as your time allows so that they may shape to true form. Couch is about knee height. Would advise to get a performance fabric cover if you have pets. Color pulls a bit navy. Back pillows are firm Seating cushions are soft. Removable pillow and cushion covers makes for an attractive purchase. The pieces don’t connect, I recommend placing over a rug to prevent them from slipping apart Seller response is timely and will help with any issues or concerns.
