Yes, but there is need to prepare a padlock for 5-drawer tool chest, the package comes with a lock bar to lock all drawers for the top toolbox. Why did I only receive the tool cabinet at the bottom? The top tools and wheels are packaged in the tool cabinet, so there is need to open the door of the tool cabinet after receiving the package and take them out. I don't need to move the tool box set, just keep them in one place. Can I take the wheels off? Of course, the wheels and handle need to be assembled after receiving the product, and the tool cabinet can stand even if the wheels are not assembled. Are all 5 drawers the same length that can be pulled out? Yes, all drawers have the same length that can be pulled out. Are the top tool box and tool cabinet drawers lined? Yes, the top tray of the toolbox and all drawers are lined.
