  • HEAVY DUTY- Constructed of 2 x 2 12-gauge steel. Rubber base caps encase each foot to add safety, stability, and floor protection.
  • INCLUDED- Contains all the attributes of the BD-33 Heavy Duty Power Cage, with the added Valor Fitness Lat Pull Attachment, including the black diamond footplate, and the BD-CC2.0 Cable Crossover Attachment that includes 2 attachable cable machines to fit both sides of the Power Cage, along with 2 single adjustable handles that attach to the pulley system.
  • DOUBLE BAR TRACK- Creates more stability and a smoother movement when using either Olympic or standard plates.
  • SPACE SUFFICIENT- With multiple units built into one, this transforms the BD-33 Power Rack into a full, commercial gym style machine while only measuring 88 x 116.5 x 86.
  • ADDITIONAL- 500 lb. max load if using the bar catchers outside of the cage, 650 lb. max load if using the bar catchers inside the cage, 750 lb. max load for safety bars. 200 lb. max load on the Lat Pull and on each side of the Cable Crossover. For longer wear and tear, gently return the carriage to the starting position.

First, this is perfect for your home gym, easy to assemble and perfect for back squats, bench presses, lat pulldowns, bent over barbell rows, heavier shrugs, seated calf raises, you name it! The only down sides that I can see so far are: 1. I can see the cables will wear out, you need to maintain them and exercise caution. 2. Doing bench presses, you will not be able to use the higher weight peg if you're pressing with 45lb plates, as there will not be room (at least for me), unless you're only using the safety bars... 3. For seated rows, you won't be able to use them with 45lb plates as there will not be room to go all the way down. Otherwise, this is great for my usage and seems sturdy. I removed the top two weight holder pegs and have room. May purchase other extensions in the future for cable flys and so forth. ... show more

I can't say enough good things about these dip handles. They are built solid, and even when supporting my 225 lbs, they don't give a millimeter. They fit perfectly on my New York Barbell TDS Power Rack (H-92560-B) and measure 23 inches handle-to-handle mounted inside, which I find perfect given my wider shoulders. I use them for dips as well as pronated grip and neutral grip pull-ups. Bottom line, if you're looking for dip handles for a 2" square tube power rack, you simply can't beat these. Honestly I didn't think these would hold up well when they first arrived. They seemed a little skinny and the metal didn't appear to be the strongest but I was wrong. I'm 6'2" and 240 pounds and these things hold my big ass no problem. They are extremely durable and for the price you can't beat that. They mount right up to any 2" squat rack and bam you can do dips all day with them. I haven't added extra weight to these so I don't know how well they'd do holding like 300 plus pounds. But if you're that much of a beast you shouldn't be buying cheap stuff on Amazon as is. ... show more

I purchased this a couple months ago for the gym I'm building in my garage. I like it a lot so far, haven't gone heavy yet because I don't have more than 300lbs at present but it handles that no problem. I give it four stars because I don't like the J-hooks, I am going to replace those very soon. the thing is sturdy, presently I don't have it bolted down so there is a little wobble but nothing I would be concerned about. I am building an oly platform at present which it will end up bolted too. I know there are nicer looking racks out there but this thing will more than do the trick and the price isn't bad. You can always spray this thing and if asthetics are your main concern with gym equipment your priorities are off point. ... show more

So far so good, packaging was questionable at best. But everything in fine shape. Whole set takes hours to set up but nothing too bad. A helper at times would really make it work quicker. The lat part works nicely and very smooth for a home machine. Fly machine is less smooth but overall gets the job done, but this is not a commercial grade smoothness. But for 1k it’s well worth it not to have to travel. Not exact measurement but you will need approx 10x10 spot to make it work ... show more

Finally what I was looking for! For all of you asking if this will fit to your rack that is not the Valor Fitness Rack, it is 2x2 beam with 1 inch diameter Hole applicable. Which means it fits my Fitness Reality 810XLT rack that I purchased. My rack has virtually no accessories so finding some that work with it is a challenge. But this did the trick. This fits EXACTLY with the vertical supports on the Fitness Reality 810XLT Super Max Power Cage. I also use this to rack my EZ curl bar when needed. The 365 lb safety limit is fortunately more than enough for my usage, even with weight dips. This is a major space saver if you don't already have a dedicated dip station. It's a pricey investment (you know what I mean for you Fitness Reality 810XLT owners) and you can probably spend double the price of this for a dedicated dip/pull up station; however, if you're limited with space, these handle accessories will definitely maximize your space! ... show more
