    • Bad brakes, seller promises parts that never arrive.

I bought two of these bikes both having a faulty break system. I ended up buying new break pads thinking that was problem (it wasn’t) the break system defaults to no stopping power when you squeeze the handle breaks it will click and completely release causing no stop. To top it off the seller told us TWICE that they would send new front and rear brakes which it has been over two months of waiting and no response. I had a scary situation going down a hill with no breaks on this bike thank God he was with me because I had no control over the bike. I would give zero stars if possible. Expensive bikes, poor quality. NOT SAFE. ... show more

    • Beware of inner tubes.
Both bike rear tires blew out their inner tubes. First bike the tube had a small tear in it, would not take air. Second bike, rear tube held air until first ride. Blew out the tube and ruined side wall on the tire.
