This is the best thing I’ve bought to get those stains out of mattresses and carpet. Kids will also have accidents and spill on the couch. Unit arrived in need of a little assembly but it was easy to put together. Within a few minutes, it was ready for use. Cleaning solution is included to get you going and it's added directly to the water tank. The instructions are clear about using room temperature water. This unit also includes multiple brushes, one for carpet and the other for hardwood floors. It also includes an attachment that lets you clean the hose as well. The water does come out quickly, so if you aren't fast enough the water may soak the carpet a bit. The tank is not clear, so it's difficult to tell as you use it how much dirt you're really picking up. That being said, it does clean. I could visually tell the difference between the section I tried first (test on an inconspicuous area first with new cleaners!!!) Once dry, it also made the carpet feel much fluffier. It's hard to say how deep the clean really is, but it is clearly noticeable. The carry handle lets you move around quickly for those with larger carpets or kitchen runners and such. I like it. It saved some money compared to the brand name and I don't have to continuously rent a rug doctor for the few two moderately sized carpets I have. Looking forward to using the hardwood attachment if I ever have a big enough spill.

I never heard of "uwant" before, so I was a bit hesitant to order their product. However, when it arrived, I was very impressed. It was extremely well packaged. Every part was protected with a plastic coating to be peeled off. You could tell they take pride in their product, and that's a very good indication that you'll be satisfied with your choice to purchased. I used the Carpet Cleaner to actually clean an area of my living room carpet that had become dirty through extra use. It did such a good job that my wife has repeatedly commented on how clean that area of the carpet was. It comes with a very long power cord, which is very good. It is well-made, sturdy and easy to use. Only two suggestions: 1. If the water tank was clear instead of a less transparent color, it would be easier to determine the water level. 2. I could find no place where it was actually stated how much of the supplied cleaning solution to be used with each full tank. I experimented using just one cap-full and that seemed to work. Overall, it's an excellent product and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Ended up using it as soon as we got it. Ha! Mainly purchased it for our pet since she has a real tendency to throw up. This little vac cleaned up nicely. And the provided soap/shampoo cleaner smells amazing. Great suction. A little loud but not a real bother. Perfect size as well.

I bought this for carpet cleaning mainly - having a *good* vacuum is important for this as you need to get the dirty water out of the carpet - and for this , it doesn’t do a good job at all. After using 1L of clean water with cleaner, it filled the dirty tank with maybe 50ml of dirty water, which means most of the dirty water is stunk under the carpet. Now the good part : the steam function works great - and for that I found the attachment with only steam and a brush works best . In fact, the problem with the carpet attachment is that - not only the vacuum is very weak, but the steam also is underwhelming . So I ended up having to swap the attachments every time : start with steam only, then swap and try to vacuum - but as I mentioned the vacuum doesn’t work really well. I got this so it could do all in one, but turn out it would be better to have a dedicated wet vacuum - so returning it That being said, I tried using it for steam cleaning my bathroom - and for that - it’s really great .

absolutely amazing for this price. I can imagine it works just as well as the more expensive brands. the air suction is really good and the cleaning solution it comes with smells really good. works well on bad carpet stains. no leaking, durable, and noise is as loud as a vacuum.
