Beautiful fireplace, received damage free, my son and his girlfriend love it, perfect for their basement apartment that doesn't have a heat source, their cat loves to try and catch the flames ( the glass does not get hot ), I recommend this fireplace!!

I love this! I put it in my bedroom. It looks awesome. The colors and schemes are really neat. The heat output is not bad. If I keep my door closed it gets pretty warm. If the door is open, the room does not get cold. Definitely a good purchase.

Got this for our camper and the heat is a game changer. Works absolutely great my complaints are mostly cosmetic. First, you can only turn the heat up, not down. So if you want to turn it down to 68 degrees and it's set at 70, you have to cycle all the way through the top temperatures to get back to 68. Second, 36" is misleading..there is 6 full inches of trim/frame so it's not 36" of fireplace. Third, the height of the unit itself and the height of the trim is almost the same height leaving very little error for the height of the hole. I cut our hole 16 1/4 inches and you can see the gap at the bottom of the unit since the trim piece isn't bigger then the mounting part of the unit. Would have been better to take 2" of the trim on the sides and put it on the top and bottom to cover the hole. ... show more

My niece who is handy at setting up things had no problem installing in my fireplace and I love it. Many different flame colors and settings from low to high. Have bought another for my bedroom. Works extremely well and have had about 6 months. Would highly recommend.

Fireplace works fairly well and fairly easy to install. The remote sucks. You have to get at least 10 feet away for it to get the signal from the remote. The buttons are cheap with one press it cycles through three different settings when it should be going from one setting to the next with one press. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Stepper motor, that rotates the flame mirror rod, started making an annoying knocking noise after only 3 days of use. Contacted Amazon, their answer is to return the unit for a refund instead of just sending a new stepper motor. But, to even get a refund the Amazon associate said I would have to provide different forms of identification and they still might need more information before a refund is issued.
