A very good product. It makes cleaning the chicken coop much easier, and the scoop-and-rake design is super practical. The adjustable handle allows me to work without bending down. The sieve also works great for separating droppings. Recommended!

The shovel is made of a very heavy duty plastic and is held on with bolts. An extra bold and Allen wrench is include which is all required for assembly. Handle screws into itself and has plastic pieces over them which feels like it adds to the strength. It does want to unscrew a bit when used, but that can dealt with. Medium shovel works great to rake stuff together then scoop up. The angle is not for pushing into the bucket area requires more of a rocking back and letting it slide in so I may have another tool to help guide it in. It is easy to use. Does feels exceptionally sturdy so I feel it will last a long, long, time. I also feel it could take some practice to find the most comfortable way use it. ... show more

Very practical and durable. This shovel and rake are ideal for collecting manure or cleaning chicken coops without bending down. The extendable handle and perforated design make it easy to separate straw and debris. Very easy to use and clean.

This chicken coop scooper is VERY sturdy! I really like that the handle comes in sections so you can adjust the length of it, as not all chicken coops are created equal. I ended up not needing two of the sections due to our coop being on the small side. However, I kept the extra sections because we're about to upsize to a walk-in coop, so a longer handle will be needed. I assembled the scooper in less than 5 minutes with the included Allen wrench; plus, this scooper came with an extra bolt/screw. The instructions were clear, but I didn't need them, as assembly was pretty commonsensical. My singular suggestion would be to add an ergonomic handle about midway as to help counterbalance the scooper. Yes, it's THAT sturdy and can feel a bit heavy depending on what's sitting in the scooper. Had an ergonomic handle been included, I would award five stars. The scooper will clean up easily - a quick rinse with the garden hose is all that's needed, which I haven't needed to do yet because of the material used to manufacture the scooper. Overall, I recommend the scooper. It's built well, and I think it will last a very long time! ... show more
