Just received a few days ago. Was easy to set up with my husbands help. Plastic cover was a little bowed, so at first it was catching on the belt at the seam, but with some gently coaxing we got it to be nice and quiet. I love it! Lightweight, but feels sturdy. Great size for my 5' 6" frame to walk, jog, run without issue. I like the bar for safety. Some people complained about there being only enough space for a cell phone but I have a stand for an iPad I put a few feet in front of me anyway. I don't think viewing from the bar is comfortable. Update: 8-7-25: Customer service reached out and is offering to send the correct size leg risers. I did send an email to customer service before the review below, but when I went back to share the email with customer service (because they could not locate an email from me), I realized it was my error. I had a typo in my email address. I didn’t get a notice of an email rejection, so I didn’t realize my error. I did apologize for my error. I will update to 5 stars once risers are received. I received the walking pad a couple of weeks ago. Set up quick and easy. The size is perfect for my needs. It is working well. I have used it several days a week around the 3.0 speed setting for walking with weighted vest. I am disappointed I do not have correct leg lift sizes to use for inclined walk (one of the reasons I chose this model). The two legs came on it and I had an additional small leg and long leg. It should have been two longer legs. I reached out to customer service and have yet to receive a reply. This makes me concerned that if it was a bigger issue, I would be SOL. ... show more

I recently purchased this for my gfs home office and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed. I was a little skeptical at first because most of the walking pads I saw did not go past 3-4 mph. We are pretty active in this house, so I was looking for something that would allow my gf to run in the house, especially on rainy days here in Florida. I came across this walking pad/treadmill and decided to give it a go. After 2 weeks worth if use, I can honestly recommend it to anyone who is interested. Whether you’re looking to get your daily steps in, or get a 2-4 mile light jog, this thing is PERFECT! So I bought another folding brand of walking pad for a bit more $$$ and ended up sending it back as it had issues with the belt slipping no matter what. However, this time while looking for a replacement I decided to go with a stand up wall storage, wider walking area, with a handle for support. I'm in my mid-60's and fighting that meno everything. As I live in the country off a busy highway, no where to walk that I'm not being hit by cars or twisting my ankle in the yard. I have now been able to reach my 8k walking goal. I will honestly say that... Pros: This is pretty much one a very few that has a bit wider walking area. The handle is there with the different speed, start, stop etc. right at my fingertips. Don't use the remote at all The walking area seems to absorb my steps well Goes up to 6 mph...but use 3.0 mph for my walking It really is quiet compared to my old huge treadmill. Wheel it up against the wall when not using it, so literally doesn't take up any extra space. Can us it with the support handle up or folded down. This one stays on if I need to hop off for a minute (the other would auto shut off and was annoying) Cons: It's a bit awkward when lifting it up to store. No specific area able to lift with. Have to push the handle up a small bit to lift. The on/off button is under the front bottom...would be nice even on the side All in all, it's a definite keeper for me. I have never had problems with balance walking, but did with the other fold in half pad. This one I don't. If there's any time I feel the need, I can just rest my hand on the handle. ... show more

    • Once it breaks you are all alone
Treadmill is great up until it burns out which occurred after a few months. Purchased in March and middle of June motor failed. Customer service with Urevo allegedly is operating 9am to 6pm PST but I've been trying to contact them for over a week about the warranty program and I've not been successful. Out $300 bucks with a fraudulent manufacturer. Stay far far away! ... show more
