I was a little skeptical of buying a lower-cost item like this, but it had such great reviews and, honestly, they weren't wrong. I've had this for about 2 weeks now and have used it several times with good results. Setup is very easy, it's just plug and play, but mine didn't come lubricated and was quite loud from the friction of the belt until I figured out how to apply the lubricant correctly. I also got a bit of the lubricant on the belt by accident and had to fix it by putting some chalk on the belt, which worked fairly well to restore the grippy surface for the top of the belt, but was a bit of a hassle. There's still a decent amount of noise now, but it's much more tolerable. If you're using it on a higher floor, you'll need something to deaden the sound of walking for people in lower floors. It's on carpet and I put a yoga mat underneath it which seems to have muffled the noise a bit, but I'm on the second floor, so I just try to avoid using it when the people below are sleeping. I definitely need to get some foam tiles so I can hopefully use it whenever I want without disturbing anyone. If you plan to just walk very slowly and lightly, maybe you won't have the problem, but my preferred pace is 2.2mph, which isn't super fast (average walking speed is like 3mph!), and I've been told it makes a definite noise for people below. I'm 5'4 with short-ish legs, so even trying to walk with a long stride, I don't have problems with the length of the treadmill, but I found it slightly narrow at first and it took a bit of practice to keep my balance correctly without anything to hold onto. It definitely has a bit of a learning curve as far as balance goes and I'm planning to get a desk or table to go over it to help with that and also so I can get some work or studying done while I'm using it. My preferred way to use it right now is just to go at a faster pace while watching TV and walk for the duration of the episode. I've been able to average 2-3 miles per day just walking when I would otherwise be sitting down to watch a show at night, so it's an easy way to get more fitness into my routine. All in all, it's got pros and cons. I would say the pros outweigh the cons and, for the price, it's a decent machine, it just could also be better in some ways. ... show more

I got this on 2/12/2024 so I've been using it for 8 months now and it's working out great. I don't use it every day (like I should be haha), but I use it often and it does exactly what I need it to do. I work from home, so I'm on the phone and typing 50-60 hours a week. While it does make some noise that I can hear while using it, no one on the phone says they can hear any noise in the background so that's great. I normally put the pace at 2.8 mph and I can still type and read. I will walk on it for 2-4 hours a day give or take. It's a great way to get my steps in. The belt has moved further to one side in the 8 months, but it's not against the edge/scraping or anything and it still functions normal. I like that you can mute the remote sounds because they're pretty loud. It comes with grease and tools for oiling it for long-term maintenance, although I have not had to use any of this yet. The only con in my opinion is that you have to store it flat on the ground. I wanted to store it on it's side in-between my desk and the wall, but they explicitly say in the instructions to not store on it's side or end. ... show more

This is one of my favorite purchases ever! I love binging my shows while getting my steps in. The remote is really nice and it has a little magnetized spot that it can stick to when storing. Great for moving, the wheels come in handy and storage Is really easy as long as you have a place for it! Con: I have almost fallen off a couple times because there aren't any handles or a safety string, however it doesn't advertise that it has those things so that is my own fault. ... show more

UREVO portable 2.25 HP walking treadmill I have this underneath my standing workdesk and use it at least one hour a day. The range of speeds is very comfortable; top end is well above what I like right now so there is room to grow. The unit was a bit noisy originally but I had nothing to judge by so I assumed it was OK. After three months of use, I followed the instructions and oiled the surface beneath the walking mat; this reduced the noise significantly! I would suggest oiling the machine when or shortly after you start using it. Comes with two bottles of oil, which should be enough for six or more applications. The instructions are in broken English so it takes some careful reading; see also some of the other reviews of this item. You have to note exactly how many turns of the wrench (which is supplied) you make before oiling, so you can reverse exactly that many turns after you are done. This care is needed to ensure the walking belt stays tightened to the same level as it left the factory. But if something goes wrong and the belt begins to walk to one side or the other, the booklet shows how to adjust the tension. The unit seems very solidly built. Rollers on the floor at one end let you lift the opposite end, then push or pull the unit to relocate it. I don't move mine around, but I think it would be easy to do if you needed it moved. I was worried that the front end might overheat if I set it on my medium pile carpet, so I placed a 1/4" thick piece of Masonite underneath the front end, across the full width of the frame. This gives an air gap between the floor and the bottom of the unit, hopefully reducing any heat buildup. In all, a very impressive product and a great addition to my lifestyle.
