Why did you pick this product vs others?: My review for those looking for a walking pad that works and has no hidden features. I’ve had this walking pad for about two months. I use it about three times a week for 30 minutes on 3.4, so far it has been awesome to use. The noise isn’t too loud which I was worried about but it’s not bad at all. If I’m watching TV I can hear it fine. I haven’t had any track issues or particles coming off. It’s easy to move and has a nice wireless remote that I can pause that also hangs around my wrist. So I don’t have to hold it. Keep in mind that this is how you turn it on so don’t lose it. It also comes with some supplies to help if there’s any squeaking or for basic care. I have a lofted apartment so I pick it up and put it against the wall after I use it. The space is not very big so the ease of moving the walking pad is very helpful. It has wheels on the front end so that it’s easy to move. I had looked up different walking pad reviews online and bought a different company’s walking pad. That one had a sneaky subscription attached to an app so I was very apprehensive about getting another one, but really wanted a walking pad. I have had no issues so far with this one and really recommend this product. By adding an extra 30 minutes to a workout day, I’ve already lost some weight and feel good about getting cardio :) ... show more

I really like this thing. It is built great and took no time to assemble it was literally built and ready. I didn't notice it building up or producing heat and overall great. It is not foldable which makes it hard to store but I have some room for now that I can set it in. I would try and find a vertical place on a wall to lean it up against if you really need it out of the way. ... show more

UPDATE: When you hear squeaking even after oiling it, but left it unused for a day or 2, it might begin squeaking again. I just let it run for awhile and it went away. Pros: Overall great way to stay relatively fit for someone who works at a desk, and can even help me focus at times. Super easy to setup and put away, I have my desk near my bed, and all I have to do is roll (on the wheels) it in and out from under my bed, plug it in, and it's up and running in ~30 seconds. Cons: As stated in the manual, will likely need some oil after about 125+ Miles of use. Isn't super quiet on higher speeds, but it usually isn't an issue when the loudest part is the walking on it. Adjusting the belt slippage can be tedious, but you get used to it once you understand how the adjustment moves the bar. ... show more

Compactness: I chose this treadmill because it fits perfectly under my adjustable desk. I can walk and type comfortably, and when I’m done, it’s light enough to tuck into a corner, closet, or up against the wall. Super compact and easy to move. Build Quality & Stability: The build feels solid and durable. It hasn’t tipped or wobbled at all during use, and I expect it to last a long time with regular use. Everything about it feels stable and well put together. Noise Level: If you walk at a moderate pace (around 3 mph like I do), it does get a bit loud—enough that I wouldn’t want to take calls at that speed. You’ll probably need to slow down to 1.5–2 mph for quieter operation during meetings. Functionality & Fit: There’s a built-in display that shows your distance, time, and step count, which I love for tracking progress. It feels very natural to walk on, but if you’re quite tall or have a long stride, it may not be the best fit. I’m 5’4”, and it works well for me, but taller users might feel a bit cramped. Bottom Line: If you’re working from home and want to move more during the day without investing in a huge treadmill, this is a great option. UPDATE #2. they pushed through an update for my treadmill that has resolved the issue. It took them about a week to figure out what the problem was but it seems to have been resolved now. I really appreciate their customer service. It seemed professional. UPDATE (I reached out to their customer support today - waiting for their reply). The app has been disconnecting all day yesterday and today. I also realized that I cannot edit data in the app. So if I walked for one hour and put on 5,000 steps and then the app disconnected, I have to start the workout via the app again. Mind that it will not actually stop the treadmill so I can continue walking, however it adds those 5,000 steps onto the new workout. So if I walked 6,000 steps after a started a new workout, in reality I only put on 11,000 steps. But the app will show that I put on 16,000. Now, imagine if I had to do restart the app several times a day. For example, yesterday I walked around 25,000 steps but the app shows that I put on 87,000! As you can see in the picture, it says that I had 13 workouts. In reality, I only had 3 workouts on the treadmill. But because the app kept on disconnecting, it registered it every time as a new workout AND added the existing steps from previous workouts. I know the real amount of steps I put on because the screen on the treadmill shows the step count since the machine itself never actually stops. Plus I wear a Fitbit and so it tracks my steps as well. The step count between the actual treadmill and Fitbit are usually about the same. So far so good! It’s quiter than my pervious walking pad (which broke in less than one year). I really like how I can start it with my phone! No need to rely on the remote anymore. The app tracks the total hours exercised which could serve as a reminder to libricate the treadmill as part of its maintenance. Customer service was good so far.
