Really pleased with this purchase. It does exactly what it says it will do. Priced right, delivered super fast, and no issues. Easy set up, easy to use HIIT programs, or just a flat walk, which is what I do. As an older person living in a cold climate, I like being able to just get moving first thing in the morning, and 10-15 mins after every meal, or when my Activity app pesters me to get moving. I look forward to challenging myself to more difficult pace and distance. Fits nicely in small space and folds down easily, although I enjoy using it so much I don’t think I’ll put it away. Track is smooth and sound level is better than expected. I can easily have a video or music on at a reasonable volume. I feel safe and well balanced. Only thing that would make it perfect is a cup holder, but it would probably impede the folding function… so I bought one separately as an accessory. ... show more

I've had this little treadmill for almost 2 years now. And I have to say it was a great purchase! I probably would have given it 4.5 Stars if I could have, because it's great for what I use it for, but it could definitely be problematic for other people. I am 5'6" and I actually can run on this unit. I do have to keep an eye on my foot placement and make sure I stay in the right spot. However, I think anyone any taller than me would definitely have issues with the stride length. Setup was a breeze, other than the arms it's completely assembled. I leave mine up all the time, folding it is rather a pain because you have to completely remove some of the bolts. So if you plan to fold and unfold daily I could see this being a deal breaker. It is a compact little unit, I don't notice it being overly loud, I have it in the basement and I crank my tunes when I'm on it. One of my biggest complaints is that somehow I manage to whack my arm against the end of the hand rails when I'm on it. They're rather short, and my natural arm swing seems to find them a lot. I don't use it all the time, but having it to get a walk or run in on a crappy day, or as a warm up before doing a workout, is definitely nice. This mini treadmill seems to be exactly what I was looking for. I needed to have something light weight to be able to move around the house myself and something that was actually functionable to walk on. The price was reasonable, and it fits in the small space that I had for it. I also wanted it to have at least a 2.25 horsepower motor and be able to fold the handrails down flat to slide under furniture when needed. The handrails I find are very sturdy and help stabilize me while I'm walking. I don't really need them, but I like to put my hands on the handrails for a sense of security while I walk. I try to walk every day so If the weather is bad or I just don't have time to get outside and walk, this treadmill helps me stay on track with keeping to a routine. I would like to see a unit of measurement on the screen that actually counts your steps while you walk, but this item does not do that. It is not a deal breaker for me because I just look at the clock on the menu and count how many steps I take in a minute's time. I'm trying to get at least 10,000 steps/day. As far as why I only gave this item 4 stars, is simply because I have not owned it that long and I cannot comment on how this treadmill will hold up for me. It seems to be well made so I am hopeful that this treadmill will do the job for several years down the road. Only time and use will tell that. Since I received this treadmill on December 5, 2022, I have walked each day on it for 30 minutes to one hour each day. Some days I get two walking sessions in. The treadmill runs smoothly, and it is pretty quiet. I usually listen to a pod cast while I'm on it without headphones. The treadmill is on the second story of my home, and no one complains of any noise downstairs when I'm using it. My height is 5' 3" and I weight around 145 lbs. and I'm in my early 60's. I can lift this treadmill myself, but I did have a friend help me to carry it upstairs because I didn't want to drop it or hit anything on the way up the stairs. It was really easy for the two of us to carry it up. And it is super simple to put the rails up and attach the knobs to hold the rails in place. I am truly happy with my purchase so far. The delivery from Amazon was easy also. Two gentlemen brought the box to my door, and I was able to bring it in the house myself.
