This is an update to my original review. While I have had troubles with my treadmill, I am pleased to say this company has worked with me to rectify this situation. I am pleasantly surprised they cared about my opinion enough to contact me. It is greatly appreciated and I cannot say enough about their professionalism. Absolutely wonderful! I was looking foreword to getting this compact treadmill. I had my bulky old one for years, and after renovating our home I needed a new compact unit. After looking at all the choices I settled in on this one. The very first issue was right when we set it up. The frame is crooked (see attached pic). Since it folds and the frame is crooked it is VERY difficult to open and close. Because it’s a large object that would be a hassle to return, and I knew I was going to keep it up and open anyway, I decided just to deal with a crooked treadmill. The downfall to that besides the appearance of it, is every once in a while my watch slams into the end of the frame that comes in over the belt I’m running on. I only used the treadmill maybe 5 or 6 times and I started to have severe foot pain, so this stopped me from running for months. When I finally found out my foot issue wasn’t going away without surgery, that added a few more months of no exercise. Basically this treadmill sat for 9 months. As soon as I was able to, I was back at it. My second time on this treadmill (after my surgery) a black blob showed up on the display screen (see attached pic). I have no clue if eventually I won’t have a screen at all. Last week the power button stopped working and I can only plug/unplug to turn it on and off. Lastly, there are a couple of design flaws. First you pretty much have to be right on top of the display to read it in the first place, it would be nice if it could be angled up because otherwise while you’re running it looks like everything just says “0” across the board. Also, I would love to be able to attach my phone to it somehow. There’s no place to put it so I hold it. I think I’m going to use a magnet in the future. I’ve given this two stars because it IS compact and it runs, lol, but that is simply as high as I can go. Wish I had my old treadmill still! ... show more

I wanted something small and affordable. This is perfect! No it’s not gym grade but for someone just getting started or doing just a bit of walking/light running as I do, this is perfect! It is a slow for my husband but he is super active. I’ve never had a problem with that as I don’t go super fast. It is a bit loud. I have noise canceling earbuds which really help so that doesn’t bother me too bad. It does shake a bit so don’t try to leave anything on the top unless it’s in the phone slot- it will fall! Overall- great purchase, not for hardcore active ppl but perfect for beginners and walking/light running ... show more

I loved the size of the treadmill, it is very appropriate for small spaces. It was relatively easy to assemble and came with the necessary hardware. The wheels made it easier to move around and in to my desired location and position. The power cord was a little short for my space, but that is relative, and this is on the heavier side so it is not so easy to move around. Folding requires a bit of work to always remove the screws, as a result I have it in one spot, but I really would have loved a lighter product. The build is sturdy and able to support my weight and after a few weeks of getting use to it I feel more confident. I hope it holds up as I have enjoyed walking and keeping active while getting some work done. This is a good product for the price if you have a small space to work with. ... show more

*update to my review: The company is reaching out to their supplier to resolve the issue that I encountered. They provided me with very reasonable options to address my concern and create a very good customer service experience. When I received this treadmill I started it and the treadmill belt moved for 3 seconds and stopped. I could not figure out for the life of me what was happening. I could hear the motor running but there was no movement of the treadmill belt. After many attempts of unplugging it, turning it on and off, and pushing the restart button I decided to take the motor cover off. It is at this time when I found the belt that goes around the wheel which makes the treadmill belt move and the motor head had slipped off. It was a bear to get it back on as it has hardly any stretch to it. It has been working well since. I reached out to the seller before I determined the issue. The selling point for me was that it was labeled an under desk treadmill, but it’s not. You cannot lay the dock/handrails down because the deck is how the treadmill is controlled and there is no remote for it. The construction is great for its size and the machine is easy to work. Although it turned out not to be what I wanted, I’m keeping it because I’m impressed with the product. Also, I can place a lightweight laptop computer on the deck if I want to work and walk, and there’s a slot for a tablet or phone, too. ... show more

I’ve had for a while now. It is holding up pretty good. I have it stored in a little corner in my bedroom. I’m more of a Walker than runner and it serves the purpose. Sometimes I will trot but mostly brisk walking. Nice!
