    • Foldable and fits under my couch
The media could not be loaded. Foldable but You do need to screw and unscrew each time you want to put it away which can be annoying. I live in an NYC apt so I do need to keep stored it when not in use. I somehow already lost one of the washer from moving it too much. I was still able to screw it in without one though. On to the cons. This equipment is pretty heavy so folding it and pushing it under the couch is a workout itself! I bought those furniture slider thing and it worked out perfectly. Smooth like butter- when sliding it horizontally. There is a wheel which helps if you are storing it vertically but doesn’t help me. They also give you these non slip gripper pads. I think it’s to prevent scratch and sliding. It’s not too loud but it does get a bit noisy after 4mph. No issue on the belt and I like that there is a phone holder and safety clip. I was a bit skeptical on getting this cause of peoples reviews on returns. I risked it and bought it anyway and I don’t regret it at all! Their customer service was so great I have a few threads with them on the email and they were very responsive. I had an issue with one of the arms and they reply back within 24 hours. I sent them a video of my issue and they sent me a video back on how to fix the exact spot. They also made sure my problem was resolved. The screen. Not sure if it’s because I’m only 5’4 but viewing the screen the numbers do look funny cause when you fold up the screen it becomes very flat and I’m viewing it from the side. So some numbers looks faded to me or hard to read. I do like that it is flat cause I can put my laptop on it when I am walking and working at the same time. It felt stable when casually walking. There’s no pause button just stop and start and some mode (which I haven’t really used yet). I would love to be able pause and get a sip of water. There’s no water bottle holder which will be nice to have. This is not a huge blocker for me personally since I use my Apple Watch. To hit stop and start over can be a pain for someone whose trying to count their walk and step by time. I will still recommend this to anyway whose looking to gain extra steps! ... show more

This is an update to my original review. While I have had troubles with my treadmill, I am pleased to say this company has worked with me to rectify this situation. I am pleasantly surprised they cared about my opinion enough to contact me. It is greatly appreciated and I cannot say enough about their professionalism. Absolutely wonderful! I was looking foreword to getting this compact treadmill. I had my bulky old one for years, and after renovating our home I needed a new compact unit. After looking at all the choices I settled in on this one. The very first issue was right when we set it up. The frame is crooked (see attached pic). Since it folds and the frame is crooked it is VERY difficult to open and close. Because it’s a large object that would be a hassle to return, and I knew I was going to keep it up and open anyway, I decided just to deal with a crooked treadmill. The downfall to that besides the appearance of it, is every once in a while my watch slams into the end of the frame that comes in over the belt I’m running on. I only used the treadmill maybe 5 or 6 times and I started to have severe foot pain, so this stopped me from running for months. When I finally found out my foot issue wasn’t going away without surgery, that added a few more months of no exercise. Basically this treadmill sat for 9 months. As soon as I was able to, I was back at it. My second time on this treadmill (after my surgery) a black blob showed up on the display screen (see attached pic). I have no clue if eventually I won’t have a screen at all. Last week the power button stopped working and I can only plug/unplug to turn it on and off. Lastly, there are a couple of design flaws. First you pretty much have to be right on top of the display to read it in the first place, it would be nice if it could be angled up because otherwise while you’re running it looks like everything just says “0” across the board. Also, I would love to be able to attach my phone to it somehow. There’s no place to put it so I hold it. I think I’m going to use a magnet in the future. I’ve given this two stars because it IS compact and it runs, lol, but that is simply as high as I can go. Wish I had my old treadmill still! ... show more
