First, it seems like the whole world is out of stock on ebike batteries right now, especially 52V, so FYI that I ordered on June 25th and received on July 15th. That's 20 days door to door from factory production. In that time I shared a couple communications with UPP and there were very responsive - less than 24 hours. The 20ah 52V is big! I guess that was predictable, as there are very few non-bag batteries that are 20ah. Even so, I just assumed it would be a no-problem fit on my Northrock XC00 fat bike, but it was tight. Only one of the bike's water-bottle mounting holes lined up with the base, and that was only underneath the wire cover at the bottom. But I secured the top very well with a couple good size zip ties. Quality seems great. No problems of any kind wiring it to Luna BBSHD and getting it working. Not that the battery termination was an XT60 plug, and the BBSHD came with Anderson plugs, so I bought a simple adapter from amazon and it works just fine. Highly recommended. ... show more

After less than a year of average use, this battery failed and the company offered good customer service. They sent me a return label and a replacement. Today, I went for a ride on the new battery and got over 42 miles hauling about 440 lbs. on paved, mostly flat, terrain. This is great.

Expensive, but seems to be good. I bought two of these, thinking I'd need two in order to get the range I need. That was a $400 mistake, since I'm able to go 50+ miles on one charge. The included charger is good, and has a pretty robust metal connector. I needed to change out the the battery's bullet connectors to match my controller's connector. There is a USB port on the battery you can use to charge your phone, bike lights, etc. Nice touch. Installing is easy and secure on the water bottle mounts. I have plenty of room for this big battery, but it could be a problem on some bikes. Hopefully, it will hold up and last a few years. ... show more

I ordered the 19.2ah ("20AH") 52v pack which contains 21700 4800MAH cells. My application is on a BBSHD powered Poseidon X Gravel bike, and I am blown away by the capacity and performance of this battery. There is more available range than I can handle in a day (80+ miles). The unit arrived quickly from the US, was packed well, and it mounted securely to my bike with no rattles at all. It keeps up with my BBSHD without issue. The "Unit Pack Power" labels on the side came off easily with a small amount of heat from a hair dryer, which made for a clean look. I'm using a Luna 52v 5a charger on the pack and it handles the 5 amp charge rate well. Finally I want to mention the customer service from Unit Pack Power has been excellent, they responded to all my questions within 24 hours. ... show more
