I've purchased 4 rugs for my new home over the last 6 months. I fell in love with this design and purchased a version from another vendor in the fall, and dropped almost $400, but absolutely hated the pad and how THIN the actual rug was (it got shredded in a vacuum) was so I was excited to find this one. I LOVE this pattern, so I was very happy to see a version of it from this company. I was hesitant to buy it at first, b/c I've tried other "washables" and they're usually thin and cheap, but I saw that this vendor included a photo of the edge being almost .25" thick, and they also showed a pretty thick rubber backing, so I decided to give it a try. I am SO SO SO glad I did! It's beautiful! It is a very soft chenille type weave, and is a lot tighter than I thought it would be. The edges are of good quality and thickness. The colors are just absolutely perfect. This rug has an antiqued look to it. Like it's a cherished heirloom. It's got a good non-slip backing that is holding the rug well in my living room with regular foot traffic. The rug came folded in a protective zipper bag, and the creases were gone within a few hours of it laying flat. My mom, who is usually quite the rug snob, could not believe what I paid for it. It has the same feel and thickness as a super expensive wool-silk oriental she purchased from an antique dealer. She thought I was joking when I told her I paid less than $60 for it, including shipping. The photos speak for themselves. I took these photos using natural daylight, around 3pm. The color is very close to what you see online, perhaps a bit more rich/colorful. My husband usually complains about rugs, b/c he likes our wood grain floors more, but after stepping on this with bare feet, he admitted he liked it more than the floor! We'll see how it holds up, but I don't think this will be an issue. It also will easily fit in my washing machine, something that is extremely important to me as I have an elderly dog who doesn't always make it out the door anymore. And it holds fast to the floor. No edge rolling or slipping, at all. I'm going to buy another pattern for my dining room. Just have to decide which one! If you're hesitant to buy rug, don't be. You can not beat the quality and beautiful patterns, especially at this price point.

I've always been a wool rug snob, but there was no way I could afford wool in the 10x14 size I needed for my bedroom, nor could I find the pattern and colors I wanted. This green synthetic option turned out to be great - incredibly cheap for the size (around $400 as I remember), with the aesthetics I wanted (calming colors, aged-looking non-cartoony pattern, not cheap looking), very soft underfoot, and, importantly for me, something I could actually drag up the stairs by myself - heavy, but OK. The rug is very thin, but I was OK with that, and while I didn't get a rug pad, that would have created the cushioned feel of a "real" rug easily enough. It arrived folded but as soon as I put it down on the floor it smoothed out without humps, and in spite of its thinness it stayed flat when my two dogs wrestled on the triangle of rug not covered by furniture . I have a peachy duvet, pale blue/gray walls, and cherry furniture, and the pattern picked up those hues very well.

this is the perfect rug. It's thin enough to vacuum straight from the hardwood floors without having to adjust, which i didn't realize annoyed me so much until finding this rug. The color is exactly what i was hoping for, as well. It isn't too vibrant or contrasted, and ties everything in the room together without standing out, while simultaneously adding dimension and depth. i originally purchased this rug for the large size and aesthetic elements, but i have to admit that my favorite part may actually be the texture. it's extremely soft, almost like velvet or lambs ear leaves, and luxurious to walk on. And because it's such a thin rug, there's no fiber separation or pile for animal hairs and crumbs to get tangled in. it does have a nonslip backing, but since it is so thin, i may need to add some sort of rug tape under the open corners to keep it secure. not many rugs can handle a giant working dog with the zoomies, so i'm not counting that as a design flaw. overall im extremely happy with this purchase and i can't wait to see how it holds up as time goes on. since it appears to have the design printed onto a single piece (verses individual strands like a traditional rug), i do wonder if it will eventually show obvious signs of wear and color degradation around the higher traffic areas.

When I got the rug, it was folded and looked kind of anemic. Thin, colors washed out. But once I got it open and folded out to see the whole pattern, I just love it! Because it’s so thin, it was easier to get underneath my bed and other furniture. The only downside is that it’s slightly slippery. The top is just so sleek & velvety that my bare feet slide a little on it.

Rug came exactly as described— the colors are strong and look just like the photo, and after running it through 2 heavy duty washes after my cats peed on it, it didn’t fade at all!! I was super impressed by its washability, especially after two intense, treated washes. I would recommend buying non slip tape if you plan on putting it on tile or hardwood, it’s definitely not slip resistant. Overall, this is a great buy for the price. It’s soft, vibrant, and durable!

I rarely leave reviews, but this rug is absolutely beautiful and functional! It’s on the thin side which I knew from reviews so I paired it with a 1/4” rug pad and it’s exactly what I was looking for. It is soft underfoot and easy to vacuum. The creases from being shipped folded came out within a couple days. Great value (especially with a prime day deal).
