Seems to be a good buy compared to other brands. I'm able to tolerate it without issues. This is a great supplement if you're vegetarian or on Zepbound and not eating much. Plant sterols are superfood for the heart!

I haven’t had my blood taken since I started these for a high cholesterol. They are easy to take. No after taste that I can tell. The value seems reasonable to get better bloodwork. Will give another review after my bloodwork which is several months away but if it works for me, I will let you know

Good supplement. Easy to swallow, increased energy levels and is on my subscription list. Did what it said and lowered my cholesterol numbers to normal! This was within six weeks. I have never received a bottle that was old, it is always sealed and fresh. I did not think it would make such a difference as I take a multi-vitamin, collagen and probiotics. These are great ! They lowered my husband’s cholesterol within a month. And although I modified his diet, there’s no way it would’ve been that much lower within a month’s time. It usually takes three months on average to see a change. I definitely recommend these!

It works for me to lower my cholesterol & triglycerides so I keep buying it. Just signed up for a subscription on this. Ordered in am& it came same day in pm. There is nothing that will work for everyone but, this one really works for me. Lowered cholesterol by 35 points down u to a normal range.
