The media could not be loaded. We have 4 energetic dogs so I have went through many carpet cleaners. This one is very light weight and I love the wheels on the bottom. I tried it out quickly to see how it performs and I’m impressed. There is not a seperate container for a cleaner solution so probably best to use a spray cleaner first. The thing I liked the best was how easy it was to clean up after! My other upright cleaner takes forever to clean all the parts!! This took 2 minutes. The other thing I noticed is nothing leaked which was an issue with a lot of other cleaners. Cons: the hose doesn’t really wrap around to store away and there is no place for the cord to wrap on to.

For the price, I would expect this thing to be exceptional but it’s just below sub par. Suction is nonexistent and the spray nozzle doesn’t distribute water evenly. It just sprinkles drops of water. Both the scrubber head and the clear head takes a lot of manual force just to suck up water on fabrics and carpet and still leaving everything wet - I would understand if it were damp but it isn’t - it’s just soaking wet. Also, I can feel the air coming from the sides of the nozzle where the head attaches so you’re losing so much suction because of it. Not sure if my machine is defective or something but I would highly advise against getting this. Pay the extra $50 and get another brand because this machine isn’t good at all. Also, there is no place to put the extra head so it has to go in the dirty compartment when stored. The cord although wrapped hangs because there is no designated place for that either. There is no way to open the clean water compartment for it to air out or manually dry it so it doesn’t create mold/mildew. Honestly… Just stay away from this machine. Totally not worth the hassle.

This looks like a good product for the price, but it only allows for the use of "clean water" and specifically warns against vacuuming up soap or other foaming liquids . . . not very useful when your furniture needs to be washed.

works well. it has big suction with simple 2 button operation. im socked by the amount of dirt came out of the rug. The machine appears to be well-constructed and durable. I feel confident that it will last for a long time, making it a worthwhile investment. Noise Level: While it's not completely silent, the noise level is acceptable. It's not overly disruptive, allowing me to use it even when others are around. Storage: It's not overly bulky and can be easily stored in a closet. The cord is long enough to reach most areas, which is convenient.
