A bit annoyed no instructions came with this. It DID come with a small bottle of cleaner though. It’s easy to figure out how to use though. I just moved into a new place & my 17 yo sausage dog had some vomiting & #2 problems on the brand new carpet - I tossed my old upright during the move & needed something. Refusing to buy Bissell or Hoover or even Shark due to the recent rash of 1-star reviews on their similar products, I chose this one on a whim. I used distilled water Rocco & Roxie carpet cleaner. OMG - ALL the stains were gone within a few passes. I had 4 spots to get up and all 4 spots are gone! Unit isn’t very loud compared to what I’m used to. This thing sucked up the water quickly & without a lot of effort on my part. I rolled it across the room easily without trouble. Solid remnants came up easily without me having to do anything to help it along. Definitely worth a try. Name brand popular items aren’t always what they seem and I’m glad I chose this item. It’s compact & simple. Nothing complicated about it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought this specifically for my furniture. I have cats and they are always sleeping, sitting, running around on it. This machine is wonderful, extremely impressed on well it cleans. its got some suction, lifts the dirt and stains right up!Not some cheap flimsy furniture/carpet cleaner! Well worth the money and highly recommended!

I really like it after I received it about one month. Nice and clean! Very useful! It could be spot cleaner for carpet too. It also have self cleaning model and just dumping the water. Easy!

This little machine is a total lifesaver! I’ve got pets and a messy toddler. And it handle my couch like a champ. There are wheels on the bottom which makes it very easy to move around. The suction is strong enough to pull out all the stains and dust. I’m very happy with how it turned out.

We’ve had some stubborn stains on our couch and I was so tired of looking at them! After this machine got delivered, I put it straight to work and I was so impressed with the results. I couldn’t believe the amount of dirt/grime this machine extracted from our couch! it dried relatively quickly (a day or so). The machine was very straightforward and easy to use.
