I bought this to replace another spot cleaning machine. This one is superior for a couple of reasons - not the least of which is the wheels that allow you to move it easily while cleaning as well as the adapter that you use to clean the hose and brush after using it. Love that. It’s not super quiet but I don’t think any would be if good suction is what you are going for. My only very minor critique is that it doesn’t really give you any advice or instruction on how much cleaner to use. Otherwise a sold purchase. ... show more

In the middle of vacuuming my chairs I looked back and I saw dust piling by the little machine!! I took a closer look and saw it coming out the pump!!! I’m so upset by this!!! I want my refund!!!

The media could not be loaded. We have 4 energetic dogs so I have went through many carpet cleaners. This one is very light weight and I love the wheels on the bottom. I tried it out quickly to see how it performs and I’m impressed. There is not a seperate container for a cleaner solution so probably best to use a spray cleaner first. The thing I liked the best was how easy it was to clean up after! My other upright cleaner takes forever to clean all the parts!! This took 2 minutes. The other thing I noticed is nothing leaked which was an issue with a lot of other cleaners. Cons: the hose doesn’t really wrap around to store away and there is no place for the cord to wrap on to. ... show more
