I tried to use the vacume and my hose was too heavy...I'm not very strong. I decided to return it, but I wanted to give it a second chance so I bought a very light 10 ft hose and attached it to the other hose so it would be long enough. and it worked very well! I was impressed with this little pool vacuum, the only thing they could improve is the handle could be a little bit stronger , I would differently recommend it , we have a 16ft round pool and it took about 30 minutes to clean the pool

The product has great suction and works wonderfully. The only issue is that where the small sections come together on the handle are very sharp. So if you have a Intex pool, there is a good chance that those sharp edges will cut the inflatable ring.. what I did with mine is I placed electrical tape over the sharp edges, which gave the handle extra stability at the same time. ... show more

    • It does its job!
I like the fact that it's powered by water, so while cleaning it also replaces water lost. What I don't like is that I'm short and trying to maneuver both it and the hose is hard for me. Someone taller would have an easier time with it.

This will pick up larger items like leaves, bugs etc. It will not work in sucking up finer items.

The suction is great, it cleans the bottom of the pool very well. The only issue is some of the smaller debris particles turn into a small sandy residue and is able to escape the bag leaving the water murky. Other than that it's a great vacuum for the price.
