I have used this all week and it is very well insulated. I found if you start it at the hottest setting it warms up very fast. The other settings do take a while to warm up. The chair it came with was a little too small for me (5’11”) I used my own folding chair which still fit just fine. I just wish the instructions showed which each temp settings were. The temp is displayed in Pxx format eg. P15 is the highest temperature. Very easy to assemble and came with a couple replacement parts

The media could not be loaded. Really enjoying my portable sauna! I have been sleeping better and my skin looks and feels healthier after just a few sessions. I like that you can sit in it fully and it feels spacious, even my husband has been using the sauna after his workouts! Shipping was faster than I expected and it took me less than 5 minutes to set up. As you can see in the photo and video, the sauna is made of good quality, zippers work both ways inside out and the chair it comes with feels sturdy too. I followed the instructions to preheat it at the highest setting then lowered it about halfway when ready to get in. It took just under 10 minutes to reach the level I prefer. The only downside for me is the cord is on the shorter side so I will probably get an extension cord so I can place it in a better spot. Though the remote it comes with is pretty useful to adjust the time and temperature as needed.

I was a little skeptical, that a portable sauna for less than $100 could provide me with a quality steam sauna experience. Boy - was I wrong. I set this up and started using it, and I feel like this is a better experience than I have a the health clubs where I have used the steam saunas in the past. I fill it with tap water, and It only takes 10-15 minutes to warm it up, I can set the dial where I want (it's able to deliver more heat than most commercial units), and I can enjoy the steam, any time of day, in the privacy and quiet of my own home. I especially like setting up a podcast on my phone, putting it in the little pocket on the outside of the unit, and entertaining myself, without the phone shutting down. My phone would always overheat in about 10 minutes at the club, but with this external pocket, I have no problem. I recommend this portable sauna to anyone wanting a safe, sanitary and convenient way to enjoy a good steam, whenever you want.

This is a good size for someone 5'9" or shorter. The tiny chair that came with it collapsed on the first day, burning my leg.

I was concerned about being too hot or claustrophobic, but none of that was present. I set it up extremely quick and easy. I added Frankincense essential oil to the Steamer box (this is the one that goes inside the tent under the chair). I set the power to the highest (P09) then after 5 minutes I reduced it to P05 and set the timer with the remote to 32 minutes and waited to 32 minutes and sat down and zipped it up. A little difficulty zipping up from inside so I reached outside and zipped as much as I can then finished it from the inside. I was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Not overwhelmed at all by the Steam or the Essential Oil. It turned off automatically when timer ended. Make sure the Steamer box goes under the chair, for safety reasons. Their is a pocket on outside of Sauna for the Remote and also one on the chair. Zip open window in case you need cool air, speak to a family member or say hi to the pets, who were wondering what I was doing in there. I took a shower and I am so relaxed right now that I'm going to take a nap. I recommend this for anyone and everyone. So portable and includes instructions on folding it back up. Comes with a couple of spare parts as well. Rush and order one for yourself or a loved one for the Holidays!

The media could not be loaded. Works Great! I real enjoy my steam sauna! Sure is better than going to the gym and sitting in a dry hot sauna with a bunch of guys! I just sit back and relax and listen to my music and enjoy it every few days. I took temperature reading just being curios how hot it gets and how hot I am. Works perfect! I just had trouble getting it back in the bag. I searched the internet and had it back in the bag in one minute after watching a video. I have trouble folding sunshades for my car too! lol it’s a good price for my winter warmup in Indiana! Comes with extra parts too! Took a picture of it back in the bag it was whooping me but I won!

I recently purchased this portable sauna. It has been a game changer for my relaxation routine. Easy to set up withing 5min, compact design that is perfect for storage, use with living spaces. It produce steam effectively and the remote control help control the temperature. Noticed a better sleep from the first use. The chair is sturdy but i think it has a weight limit.
