The media could not be loaded. Purchased this for my elderly father to improve the circulation in his legs while sitting in his recliner. He only used it a couple times before the pedals fell off, unthreading themselves from the arms. Like on a bicycle, your right pedal will have lefthand thread and the left pedal will have righthand thread. This way the turning motion of the pedals will tighten the threads, should they come lose. After taking the top cover off, I realized that it was installed backwards so I turned it around and reinstalled it the correct way. Now, regarding the quality, this is simply a nylon strap wrapped around a pulley with a tensioner knob to apply more or less friction between the strap and the pulley. The parts are not manufactured with precision and therefore the pulley has runout, causing more resistance when the right pedal is near the floor and less resistance when the left pedal is near the floor. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Had no problems with assembly. I was surprised the durability and smooth, quiet mechanism. This doesn't "travel" on the floor when using feet. Overall, a good purchase and the price is right.

Convenient and effective way to exercise since my treadmill days are over re: joint issues. The vendor readily replaced the sensor when I told him that it was defective. I recommend this to anyone who needs a gentler way to get a workout than running cross country or on a treadmill.

Screen never worked, not sure what it was supposed to display, never tried to figure it out. Stayed in place well enough, pedals were short, so didn't feel like using it was doing much, and it got jerky if you used it on the higher tensions
