This sauna has honestly become one of my favorite parts of my routine. It feels like having a full spa moment at home without leaving the house. The setup was way easier than I expected, and once it’s on, it heats up really well and actually gets you sweating (which was my biggest concern). The red light therapy is such a nice bonus, too; it just makes the whole experience feel elevated and intentional, not just sitting in heat. I’ve been using it after workouts and also on slower days when I just want to relax and reset. I also love that it folds and doesn’t take up a ton of space, because I did not want something bulky sitting in the house. If you’re into wellness, recovery, or just romanticizing your life a little more… I mean this is 100% worth it 🤍

It was overall pretty simple to figure out and get set up. It took my daughter and I less than an hour. Nice structural design and overall construction is good. It does take a bit to warm up but I would assume that with any sauna. It is big enough to fit my daughter and I in it if we wanted to. A chair on there with a good book is a great idea for relaxing on any day. The red light is a great feature and really helps with my lack of energy. Saunas are great for health and wellness, and I want to do everything I can to help with that. It does hold a decent amount of water, and it lasts for as long as I want to stay in there. it stands strong and does not blow around in the wind on our deck. It can be used inside, but it is also a great addition to a garage or shed so neighbors do not see it. The material is thick and does keep the steam inside the structure well. the zippers go up and down smoothly and do not get jammed up on anything yet. I do like the screen on the window for privacy. I spent a lot of money on sauna times, and this will save me so much money and time. Nice stainless-steel poles and everything dries in the sauna quickly after use.

Pretty neat having one in the house. Cool enough being a sauna but the red light is a bonus. Was able to setup by one person. Feels sturdy and rich covering. Build where you want it as it will not fit through a door assembled.

It heats up quickly and gets way hotter than I expected for a portable unit. The combination of the infrared heat and red light therapy feels amazing, super relaxing and great for my skin and muscle recovery. The 3L steamer runs strong and lasts a full session without needing a refill.
