I am beyond impressed with the Upgraded Infrared Sauna Box! From the moment I set it up, I knew I had made a great investment in my wellness. Setup & Portability: The assembly process was a breeze. This sauna was easy to set up in less than 15minutes from opening the box. It was the sturdiest out of all the saunas I tried, due to the cross bars, which I really liked. I also really liked that the frame was metal and they did not get hot at all the whole 40mins I was in the sauna. I also liked the chair which came with it because it was bigger than the other sauna chairs, and I liked the red-light therapy bar because it added light so I wasn't just sitting in the dark. I can't really tell if the red-light provides any therapy, although I will say when I entered, my hip flexors were sore and stiff and when I emerged, the soreness/stiffness was gone. I did want to point out the pictures show light bars on at least two places, and looks like it goes all around the top of the sauna, but it does not. It only comes with one light bar strip and you can velcro it to any of the upper bars, but you have to run the power cable outside of one of the windows, and there's no on/off switch so the moment you plug it in, it's on. The reason I docked it 1 star was it took at least 15mins to heat up and when I was siting in the sauna, I could slightly feel cold air coming in through the zipper. It took about 12minutes before I started getting hot and sweating in the sauna, but that could have been because it's a little bigger than other ones I tried, and a lot of steam escaped when I was getting in. Another good point was this sauna had 5 layers and was a little thicker than the others, so maybe that balanced it out that I felt a slight draft coming from the zipper. I had the sauna inside my house, so I don't know how well any of the portable saunas would do in cold weather outside. I tried having a thermostat in the sauna to read how hot it got, but I'm not sure if it was correct because it showed it only got up to 110degrees but it felt like it was at least 10 degs hotter than that, and the other saunas registered about the same.

It can fit 4 people standing up & 2 sitting down so it’s very roomy & the exact size I wanted. I use the steam part of the sauna 2-3 times a week & the red light almost every night & I definitely see a huge difference in my skin & overall weight! It steams perfectly & doesn’t leak! It takes about 5-10 min for the tent to start steaming really good on the high setting which is “9” & then I turn it down to 6 or 7 when I get in it. I also only use the steam part of the sauna after I’ve shampooed my hair & put either a reconstruction mask or deep conditioner on my hair since the steam can cause your hair to frizz & possibly split due to the humidity. The heat from the sauna also really helps the hair mask & deep conditioner penetrate into your hair follicles so my hair is silky smooth once I rinse it off in the shower after the sauna.

This thing is great, it took me like 10 minutes to set up and it folds up super small so it’s not eating up my office space. The heat cranks up quick to 140°F, making me sweat buckets, and those red led lights? They’re straight-up relaxing, giving my skin this soft glow that’s got me feeling great on a budget. I can even use my phone through the arm holes and tweak the temp with the remote—total win. That said, it’s not all perfect. The chair in there is kinda meh, like sitting on a budget camping stool, so my butt’s not thrilled after 20 minutes. Also, the zipper can be a pain, sticking sometimes when I’m trying to hop in or out. It’s excellent for the price, don’t get me wrong, but I’m crossing my fingers it holds up long-term. Pros: Super easy setup, folds tiny, heats fast, red lights are excellent, remote’s great, affordable. Cons: Chair’s uncomfy, zipper’s annoying, not sure about durability.
