Pretty good grill. Assembly took a little longer than I expected but the instructions were clear. It did a great job on its maiden cook. The good news is that all the parts were in the package and the unit went together relatively smoothly. Packing was good and there were no damaged parts. Graphic assembly instructions were accurate and all parts were numbered. The unit was tested and so far it functions well. The bad news is that all the Amazon pictures of the unit shows stainless steel shelves and a stainless side burner assembly. They are in fact just black painted carbon steel. If I would have known that I would have bought a grill on sale at Home Depot for $30 more that had SS side shelves and more internal stainless parts or a less expensive grill from Amazon that was accurately depicted. The gas regulator is stamped steel, not adjustable and pretty cheap so I will probably replace it at some point. The ignitor did not fit well in the side burner, so I had to drill out the hole it sits in. There was a stack up tolerance issue with the side burner shelf so I had to hog out the holes to get it into alignment. Drip pan was painted gray carbon steel and was fabricated by folding the sides. The issue is there may eventually be leakage as they used clear caulk to close the open seams on the folds. Overall the unit is nothing special, but at this point I am not going to send it back. If I had to do it over, I would have just gotten a fully assembled grill from one of the big box stores with higher quality and more SS parts or a less expensive grill from Amazon. Three stars for an average quality grill that I hope lasts three years. ... show more

    • Stripped Screws, No Electronic Ignition, Beat Up Main Burner Panel, and Wheels Do Not Swivel Easily
Style: 3+1 Burner with Porcelain Steel Wire War...
Almost every factory pre-installed screw was stripped, so there was no way to tighten the screws leaving some items loose. The thread of one of the nuts riveted to a part you have to secure with a screw was stripped. When you try to tighten the screw to get through the stripped nut, the rivet that holds the nut in a fixed position broke, so there was nothing to stop the nut from spinning when trying to tighten. Luckily, I had a needle nose vice grip to get into a tight place to hold the outer shell of the rivet so the nut wouldn't spin freely while tightening the screw through a stripped nut. This is a modern-day grill in a not-so-cheap price range, and one would naturally assume it has electronic ignition. Be aware, it does not. The grill uses decades old technology by creating a spark using friction and a loud snap built into each burner handle to ignite the gas. The stainless-steel face for the main burners looks beat up with a lot of dents, warps, and bulges. The wheels do not swivel easily, and you have to fight with the grill to move it. ... show more

Great grill. Works perfect. I replaced my charcoal grill for this new grill, starts right away, I like I can see the temperature of the grill. No too much smoke. I had an issue with one of the parts and they have good customer support, they sent me the part a few days later
