I really like this gate. I live in a manufactured home and the doorways are an odd size compared to most normal doorways. This is the first and only doorway gate I have found that would fit and adjust to my size of door. I just got a cat and have a daughter that is severely disabled so she requires iv lines. Cars and lines unattended dont mix but having this to separate them at night while still being able to hear her machines when they go off is a life saver. She loves her new cat and the cat loves her so I needed a way to gate with confidence. This worked so perfectly. I have had to readjust it to keep from slipping a few times because it sits on the seam of carpet and laminate floors but it has since settled and is opening and closing nicely. The locking/latching mechanism didn't work with my setup but I haven't really found that i needed it. It stays shut when closed and glides open when opened. The door/gate doesn't weight much so there is no trouble opening it and the cat can't get in at all with how close the bars are together. You can tighten the bar to the top and bottom of the doorways to keep it from moving and if you need to readjust it or move it for any reason it is so easy to move and replace. I am so happy with this purchase it is definitely worth the money spent. I have peace of mind knowing i will hear my daughter in the night and that the cat can't get into her room to chew on anything. If you are needing a flexible, full size gate this is a great choice. It is sturdy and can go very small to quite large. For the price you get a good deal. The material is some hard plastic and metal bars so it should hold up well.

AMAZING! Setup is so fricken easy. It made me have faith in product developers again. As a 5’5 not strong person I was able to set this up myself! Remember to measure your space and think about logistics BEFORE you buy. Measure twice and cut once and all that jazz. This is a quality product. Sturdy, intuitive, simple, adjustable, and actually built with safety in mind. Would buy again!

Great door with latch modification We use this door to keep 3 cats out of the kitchen area. The Flame Point Siamese was able to pull many times and unlatch the lock / open the doors. The 2x plastic latches, with lock, were too loose and flimsy. Changed to one metal Barn Door Sliding lock. Used zip ties to attach the Barn Door latch. You need to tighten vertical poles once in a while.

Pros: it does what it's supposed to (for now) Cons: Assembly instructions are very bad. Assembly itself is very annoying and fiddly thanks to - feet that don't stay on - poor tolerances leading to parts moving with enough force that shouldn't (the latches WILL rotate if you try to rotate it with jar opening force) - worst of all, the tensioner will push down the rest of the pole, meaning if you have tighten, you'll tighten while effectively overcoming the adjusting tab. This is probably the only option you got, so you'll get it, but you'll curse the manufacturers along the way.

Seems well made works for our application. Only problem we have had is the top and bottom separate when trying to open. Couple of zip ties and all good! No more problem. Easy to install and is allowing the airflow from our master suite to the rest of the house improving the performance and balance of our AC. Took our boxer about a day to figure out how to open and close it but she is way too smart for her own good and we expected it, a rubber band fixed it so she is no longer able to open the bottom latch. She could not reach the top latch but since the doors separate she was able to get through the door without any damage until we added zip ties between the top and bottom door, of course she managed to set the door at the proper angle so it did not close (only once). It has been a week and she has not been able to re-open it as long as we put the latch down.

Made of plastic on all the important parts. Latches, pressure areas for the no drilling. It states it can be used for dogs, but it doesn't stop them from getting through it as it does not have the strength to withstand them above 20 lbs. The adjustment is horrible. This is due to the size of the pieces so you do not get a perfect fit at all. If I would of known exactly what this was manufactured from I would not of purchased it, along with how it is to set up and how much hassle it was to try and adjust to a normal size doorway.

This was worth it. So worth it. I live on the edge of a forest and my indoor cat has recently gotten a bit brave and wanted to explore. She’s brilliant and insistent, so this needed to be tough but also smarter than her. This snaps together, fits well, and took me about 5 minutes to build. I put it up and she can’t get through it and neither can my dogs. The only negative I can see with this is that the latch isn’t strong, so you can push and get about 2 inches of open space between the doors. I didn’t need it to open, so I just used the latch hook to secure the doors together. So far, I’m really happy with this.
