This third party seller would not help, nor would amazon. Do yourself a favor, avoid the seller as well as this unit! We had a terrible experience with this company and this item. It didn't work at all. Customer service was impossible to get ahold of. The people they sent to pick up the item to return it, didn't check in with us and only picked up a portion of the item, and we're now being charged for the items they didn't pick up. This item cost us a total of $2200 and they're only refunding us $900 for something that never worked. We have since purchased a different unit from another company and it's working great so we know for sure their item didn't work. Shady company. Don't do business with them. Take it somewhere else.
