Started out my grow with a 1000 watt light, (not mentioning make because it's irrelevant), and I was getting big time deficiencies. So I bought a Spider Farmer G8600 and it changed everything. My other light has adjustments at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% adjustments. That's it. And that's a pain because in order to dial your light in, you have to raise it a little more, or a little less, to get the ppfd you're shooting for. With this Spider Farmer G8600, you can put your light at 18" or 24" and turn the intensity up from 0-100% and everything in between. Need to go from 125 ppfd to 150 ppfd, just turn the knob21, 22, 23, 37, 42, whatever intensity it needs, without having to move plants to try climb in behind the light inside the tent, to raise the whole light up. My deficiencies cleared up, and everything went nice, thanks to the completely adjustable intensity on this great light. Thanks again Spider Farmer!

I have 4 of the G7000. They are light weight which make install simple. The app benefits so you don't need a bunch of timer plugs to control the lights. They produce very low heat compared to other lights I've used. I did have an issue with the power source but the spider Farmers customer service team honored the warranty rapidly. They are very helpful and respectful.

It’s good, but the reason it gets four stars and not five is because they kind of needed to add a little bit more to the light for people to use, they had two bigger style C clips that I suppose is for if you want to keep your light at the top of your tent and just hook in each side and keep it at the top it would work, but if you want to adjust your light by moving it up and down, those clips will not work for you. It’ll be all off balance and they don’t include for smaller clips so you could put two in each side to rig something up. I had to rig up something myself on four spots and then run a rope to connect them in order to be able to move my light up and down and have it work like it’s supposed to. Other than that, it works great you can control it within the app from the little box that is included with this light.

This is the third full-spectrum grow light I've purchased for my orchids. Though it coast more than my other grow-lights, it has been worth the extra coast. For one thing, the length matches the length of my tables so I don't have as much light drop-off as I do with my shorter grow-light panels. The second feature that I'm thankful for is the ability to adjust the light intensity in discreet increments, unlike many other lights where you only have options of 0-25%-50%-75%-100%. It was worth the extra for this feature, making it easier to fine-tune the light intensity. Spider Farmer's build quality has been excellent on the two lights I've purchased from them. I'm seriously considering replacing my smaller light panels with Spider Farmer G4500 units.
