Started out my grow with a 1000 watt light, (not mentioning make because it's irrelevant), and I was getting big time deficiencies. So I bought a Spider Farmer G8600 and it changed everything. My other light has adjustments at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% adjustments. That's it. And that's a pain because in order to dial your light in, you have to raise it a little more, or a little less, to get the ppfd you're shooting for. With this Spider Farmer G8600, you can put your light at 18" or 24" and turn the intensity up from 0-100% and everything in between. Need to go from 125 ppfd to 150 ppfd, just turn the knob21, 22, 23, 37, 42, whatever intensity it needs, without having to move plants to try climb in behind the light inside the tent, to raise the whole light up. My deficiencies cleared up, and everything went nice, thanks to the completely adjustable intensity on this great light. Thanks again Spider Farmer!

I am so pleased with how great the vegetables looked by the time the weather was ready for planting outside. I used two different grow lights previously and was disappointed with the results. The UV spectrum is so broad with this unit, it is just what the plants need to develop strong stems and healthy leaves. The hanging device makes changing height as plants grow very simple.
