Setting up the treadmill was a breeze. The instructions were clear and it had all the tools needed to get it up and running. I did have to make some adjustments to the belt which was a little tricky at first until I got the hang of it. The size of the treadmill is perfect because it fits neatly under my desk and can be tucked out of the way when not in use. I’d highly recommend this treadmill for anyone looking for an under desk solution to give variety to their day.

I loveeeeeee this walk pad. It gets the job done. Now to loud. I live on the top floor in my apartment no complaints. Great to have if you work from home and neeed to get your steps in during the day. A must buy!

Revised- after looking into other walking pads, I do think this belt is slighlty wider. Good option for a walking pads- would not recommend for jogging.

The media could not be loaded. Love this walking pad so far! It's pretty quiet but I'm only using it for steady state, not running. I appreciate being able to get up to a 10% incline at this price point ($100 after my coupon.) I don't think the kcal is accurate but that's par for the course.

If you're thinking of buying a small walk pad to get in shape or get daily steps in this is amazing. It was ready right out of the box and has already become integral in my everyday life. The remote makes it so easy to start and stop. The app is great. It is so quiet I couldn't even hear it and I used it right next to my babies crib! The price is phenomenal. Overall it's just amazing. I love how easy to move it is and how easy to store, which was a huge thing for me. The track is also the perfect size. Not too large nor too small. It leaves enough room for someone to run or to just leisurely walk with its different speed settings. Definitely worth it.

So our big Nordic track finally bit the dust and I didn’t want another big machine. Pleasantly surprised by how nice this treadmill. I have found a little trouble with my balance or maybe it’s the width of the belt so I setup a foldable walker over it for some sense of stability. Just resting a finger on the walker is enough to give me a sense of balance. I’m survI will improve with use. It is VERY easy to move and lean against the wall when not in use. I would recommend this.

I have been using this for a week (replaced a cheaper brand/model that burnt up motor after 7 months). This one does seem much better made, more solid and easier to use. Not sure I like the app for the phone yet - it needs way too many permissions to use it just for the treadmill - it seems more for a complete fitness tracker. So i may uninstall that. The only thing thing i am not sure I like it the phone holder on top... since i mainly use it as a walking pad, the holder just gets in the way. would like something a little easier to get on/off. Probably will just remove it. Just a quick update: found a crack in the casing of the treadmill - not really sure how it happened, but customer service has been awesome in investigating it and they are taking care of the issue. Definitely keeping this as a 5-star rating not only for the product, but now also for the customer service!

I bought this walking pad during the black Friday sales, so I think I got a really good deal in the price. However, it is a budget model, so it does not come with all the bells and whistles. This is what I like: 1. It is easy to set up, and not too noisy to use while working (I just walk, so it will get louder if I was going at a faster speed) 2. I was worried about not having the length to take a full step as I have long legs. This has not been an issue, the size is sufficient. 3. The ability to have it set at an incline. This is set manually, so you cannot change it while you are using it, but that is fine with me. These are the things I don't like: 1. You can only turn the walking pad on with the remote (other than powering on, there are no buttons on the actual walking pad). If I lost the remote, the walking pad would no longer function, and it can make it difficult if you accidentally drop the remote while on it. 2. While it has wheels on the edge to help when moving it, these don't seem to work. I have tried different angles, but it just seems to drag rather than roll. 3. Calories displayed on the device do not take into account if there is an incline, so they seem incorrect compared to my fitness tracking watch. Overall, I am okay with the things this walking pad lacks, but only because of how cheap it was. This is my first time buying one, and I did not want to invest more money in a higher end model until I was sure I would use it.
