The media could not be loaded. This is NOT a paid review. I ordered this treadmill last week and I’m so glad I did! I needed a treadmill I can walk/jog/run on since it’s very hot in the south during the summers! I am a stay at home mom so this was an investment for me! I have attached every picture and video I wish someone would have attached for me when browsing. Now to get down to the treadmill! The packaging was so perfect! The box was a little beat up from delivery but inside it was nestled ever so safely! I was able to carry it up my porch steps by myself. It came fully assembled so that was soooo great for me! I LOVE how silent it is! It is very smooth and can definitely keep up while running on it! I’m very tall about 5’9 and it is perfect for my walking and running stride! no issues there! I LOVEEEE that it has a pause button as I have read a lot of treadmills don’t have that for the folding ones! That helps because you don’t have to start a workout all over again and it tracks your progress! It does not count your steps but I don’t have an issue with that since I have a Fitbit! The handle is very sturdy and so is the phone/tablet holder! I love that it came with an extra battery for the remote! That’s a huge plus! Upon reading the manual there was a surprise feature I was not expecting as it wasn’t listed on the listing.. it has a Bluetooth speaker!!!! I thought that was awesome if someone needed to put theirs in their garage or porch you have a speaker to use that works with your phone or tablet! MY ONLYYYYY complaint is like the others, my handle was stuck! It would not go back down. I’m an impatient person so I ended up calling Amazon for technical support instead of waiting for an email back from the seller. I hopeeeee this next part helps anyone else who has had my issue or will have my issue! if you forcefully push the handlebar to the left you will see it come off the wheel it locks to, then repeat on the right side and you will be able to put the handlebar back down! it is not a smooth process as I’d hope it would be but as long as it folds down I do not mind! Some of them come with allen wrenches to take down which seems way more tedious than to push the sides of their tracks lol overall I’d buy this treadmill again and I’m so excited that I’m using it for the 3rd time today!! Please don’t give up on the treadmill like I was about to. Just push the sides off its track with a little force. Make sure to do both sides and it will go back down! Oh and btw it fits under a full size bed width wise and definitely length wise if you needed to. This is in my spare bedroom and fit exactly right under a high bed frame! The seller has since contacted me and was very pleasant to speak with! I let them know I was all set and they offered any other assistance for the treadmill. I would most definitely buy from them again!

So, it came in a day earlier than expected, which was great. Packaging was great but I was a little upset because the display seems a little scratched up and not as “smooth” as the picture depict. But it’s nothing extreme and the buttons all work as they should. The bar is easy to move up or down- pull out the side pieces, lift up and then lock into place. It’s also longer than expressed, which I was pleasantly surprised with. It’s still very sleek (easy to hide with the bar down) and the wheels on bottom are a plus, as it makes for easy maneuvering. I also did not know there was a speaker- so that was also a happy surprise. Although, I wish it were louder. So, my only complaint and the reason for my three stars is the first few times I used, it would abruptly stop after about 3 or so minutes. I lubricated and let the belt run (without me on it) and it still stopped at 3 minutes. I waited a little bit and then tried again. It seems to be working properly now but I’m afraid to run on it still, just in case. So, I still reached out to customer service (waiting to hear back) and after a few more tries, if it doesn’t stop abruptly, I’ll update my review to five stars.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted a foldable treadmill to use for both remote work and running in the winter; for the most part this treadmill is nice with a care to detail that means I would recommend it. Positives: - good size for both running and walking - I like the display on the floor and the touchpad on the collapsible side arms. Basically has all the features you’d want. - remote is simple and effective with a resting spot in the treadmill - packaging was great - so far the motor is as quiet as I would expect Negatives: - biggest negative is that one of the arms will NOT pop out of lock position in order to be used. I have only gotten it out of the locked mode once and that was with 2 people pulling. So that needs to be adjusted by the sellers - the remote does not stay in the holder section very well. It would be nice if it had to click in - I would put a protection sticker on the bottom as it was a little scuffed - I wish you didn’t need the safety pin plugged in for it to operate Overall if it didn’t have that stuck arm I would give this treadmill 5 stars as it met my expectations and I feel it is a great choice in the price range. Just disappointed I really can’t use the arms without a lot of effort.

Ok, this is actually really great. Exactly what I wanted; lightweight, doesn’t take up much room, and looks great. I used it quite a few times and unfortunately the timings are off, it’s about 13 seconds slow after a 45min run. It’s not a massive issue but I wanted it fixed. I contacted the seller and both Sara and amazon were really helpful and excellent at fixing the issue.

Bought for my wife and I to get some walking exercise at home. I'm pleased with the machine, quality seems fine. THERE IS A SERIOUS DESIGN FAULT HOWEVER. When my 82 year old wife tried to use the machine she held the handlebar at each side as she should have, but then moved them to the center where the controls are as she thought it would be more comfortable, she couldn't avoid hitting speed up buttons which sped up the machine throwing her off before the safety Switch attached to her could activate. I think a recall might be in order. I made a cover to avoid contact with the controls should anyone using the machine try to hold the handle in the center where the controls are. The solution is simple, I hope this is corrected before any one else is injured. YES I would buy another now that I'm familiar with the problem and how to avoid it.
