This is a nice quality treadmill and works exactly as advertised. The size is perfect for under my standing desk. The belt runs smoothly and quietly. When walking, there is a little more noise but at a very low reasonable level. I had a similar product before that cost more but fried after a couple of months and did not have some of the nice features this one has. I like that you can pause it for a few minutes (E.g., to grab something quick) and don't lose your metrics (distance, time, etc.). I also wanted a treadmill that could go 5 miles per hour (many of them out there only go up to about 3.8 miles/hr). At 5, you can get a little jog in when you want to get the heart rate up more. The wheels and rolling action are smooth and make the treadmill easy to move when not in use. It was easy to unpack and use almost immediately. I say almost because it is critical to lube the belt with the provided oil prior to use (and on an ongoing basis) but that is an easy thing to do. I had some questions for the seller and I got a response within 24 hours of sending the email. Overall, this is a great product for an excellent price. I'd recommend it. ... show more

This treadmill is awesome! Quiet in my opinion and very smooth. Goes 5mph max while others are half that speed for more money. The remote was blinking red and not syncronized when i opened it! Easy fix!! Hold ON button and physically turn ON the treadmill. Now its synced! Thought id make someone’s life easier by sharing that fix. Fantastic customer service too. This device has added 2-3 miles of walking into my day, everyday. I walk a half a mile backwards and half mile forward in the am and walk when im at my desk or watching tv. Super easy to move and keep out of the way . Great invention. Wish i had it sooner. ... show more

After using it for an hour straight, I really like this unit. I'm nearly 300 lbs and it's fine to use, but a bit narrow. For the cost its well worth it so far. What is interesting is that using my laptop with it creates some electrical shocks. I don't know if it's because of the clothes I'm wearing (so not the units fault but a side effect of walking while working on an electrical device) but it is bothersome. I just recently got this, so if anything changes in the future, I will update the review. SO far so good, it comes ready to use out of the box and is literally plug-in and go. It is not heavy, even though the box is marked "heavy". As for the noise, which was my biggest worry, is is whisper quiet. I have a high-tech alexa driven Transom window fan in my window, and on low, it is 3x louder than this treadmill, though that isn't counting someone running on it, but walking is very quiet also. It is a bit strange at first with no hand holds, it feels very thin and made me worry about stepping off of it on accident, but seems like an unfounded fear once I got going. The ONLY complaint I have so far is how slow the start-up speed is, I have to hit the up button for quite a while until I am at a comfortable walking stride, but it isn't that big of a deal, and I figure it is for safety, but it really does start off really slow. UPDATES: just a few quick updates, the plastic sides of treadmill, on each side of the belt are VERY slippery, I assume from lubricant getting on them. I managed to step on them slightly twice and it was like stepping on ice.. both times was while not holding onto something, which I highly suggest you use something to hold onto the first few times you use this. One other issue I noticed is that my heel does like to catch on the end caps at the back of the treadmill. None of this is bad, just things to watch out for that are part of proper positioning and getting use to the treadmill, don't do like I did and think you are going to start walking quickly while trying to use a game controller at the same time without having a high table ot something else that you can hold onto and steady yourself with ... show more
