The media could not be loaded. This elliptical machine that is used while sitting appears to be made of excellent materials and is very good quality. It is sturdy and should hold up for quite some time. The machine was extremely easy to set up, and the directions are very clear as to its operation. The non-slip mat keeps it firmly in place on a hardwood or ceramic floor. It also offers some protection for carpet floors. I appreciate that there are three modes that you can use. There is an auto mode that offers three exercise intensities: gentle movement, walking and fast walk-running. There is also a manual mode whereby you can adjust the speed for 12 different levels. You can also set the direction to pedal either forward or backward. In addition, there is a “no power” mode where you can pedal forward or backward on your own without any resistance when the device is off. You can monitor your time, distance, speed, laps and calories burned. I think this feature is motivating. This elliptical machine does not fit under my desk with my desk chair. The height I require in my chair makes it too tall for me to use. However, it works very well while sitting at another chair or simply sitting on the couch. It is light enough to move from room to room. It is very quiet and will not interfere with watching TV or talking on the phone. This machine is primarily designed for people who want gentle exercise and movement of your legs. You will not get an intense workout. I worked to go faster in the auto mode as well as with the manual mode and actually my feet slid forward during the exercise. I was constantly having to pull them back to the proper position. That being said, it would be a wonderful device for a person with limited mobility or someone who is sedentary for long periods of time, to get some regular exercise. I would highly recommend it for that purpose.

The media could not be loaded. This machine seems sturdy and well built. The minimal assembly was easy for me to do. I’ve never used a seated elliptical before, but I can see how it would be good while watching TV or sitting reading. It’s good for circulation and for generally increasing movement. There are several preset modes and a custom mode too, with a variety of speeds. It doesn’t slide around (but there is a mat included just in case). I had a hard time finding the power button—it is under the front edge of the center console—but other than that it’s been easy to get going. The $90 price seems reasonable—right in the middle of other seated ellipticals sold on Amazon. It’s very quiet, too. I think we’ll get good use out of it!

Update 3.29.26: Unit stopped working one day after using it for the first time. It refuses to power on. Do not buy this machine. Original Review 3.28.26: This is one of those products that’s surprisingly useful once you actually start using it, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting. First Impressions & Design: It feels compact, sturdy, and well put together. The silver finish gives it a clean, modern look, and it’s small enough to slide easily under a desk without taking over your space. The remote control is a nice touch — not having to bend down to adjust settings makes a real difference. Functionality & Performance: This does exactly what it’s supposed to do: keeps your legs moving while you’re sitting. The motion is smooth and low-impact, which makes it ideal for: Working at a desk Watching TV Light daily movement The adjustable speeds are helpful, but realistically, most people will stick to a comfortable mid-range setting.
