I bought !his one year ago and have been using it since. I love it! I am lots of times confined to bed but I get up to use this walker. It is easy on my body since I don't have to stand up to walk, but it definitely does work my leg muscles. I have maintained my ability to walk well simply by using this walker regularly. I can walk so much further on it now than when I began. I started with level 1 of the pre-programed part and now not only walk the level 3 but add time to it so that I am walking further each time. I also do a level 3 program 2X back to back to increase my distance, and then use it more times in a day. It has saved my muscles, increased my stamina, and helped me maintain my mobility. I have not used the other unprogrammed part available but will some day. I am so thankful I bought it! Worth every dollar I paid for it and more.

My neuropathy doctor recommended I get one of these exercizers for the numbness in my feet. I've always wanted an elliptical bike but they were too expensive and take up to much room. This little walking excercizer did the trick! Not only did it fit my budget but it made my numb feet have feeling in them again. My doctor recommended 20 minutes a day but it made such a difference that I am up to an hour a day. It burns calories and gives you over 5000 steps in an hour. You can use it while watching TV or reading or other activities that you can do sitting down. It has changed my life! I feel like I'm doing something good for my body. It is well worth the money. It's very easy to use. You just plug it in and go. I recommend getting a non slip mat for it so it doesn't move orvslip while using it. If you want to do upper body excercize you can even hook some bands on it and get a real workout.

DO NOT BUY THIS! It is a piece of crap! This is the 2nd one of these that we have ordered & both ended up breaking after only about 1 - 1 1/2 months use. My fiancée had ordered 2 smaller ones in the past, but they had smaller motors & the foot pedals were too small for him ( he wears a size 14 shoe), so initially, he liked this one better, but the foot pedals came loose on both of them and actually fell off on the 2nd one that we purchased. After that, I came here on Amazon’s website to seek information on how to repair them because we couldn’t return them because the deadline to do so had already passed. Someone from Amazon responded to me in the chat room & explained that we had to a open a panel on the side of the elipse (no easy feat considering that we had to actually pry it loose with a screw driver) in order to tighten the screws for the foot pedals. We did this, however, within just a few days, the foot pedals became too loose again & like I said previously, one of the pedals fell all of the way off‼️ I’m only giving it 1 star, but I wish there was a no stars option because that is what this product deserves. 😡

Long overdue - this is a great elliptical that my mom has been using for rehab and has been great for keeping the legs going. She has had some setbacks but gets right back on it when she is able. Definaltely better than just sitting in a chair.
