My neuropathy doctor recommended I get one of these exercizers for the numbness in my feet. I've always wanted an elliptical bike but they were too expensive and take up to much room. This little walking excercizer did the trick! Not only did it fit my budget but it made my numb feet have feeling in them again. My doctor recommended 20 minutes a day but it made such a difference that I am up to an hour a day. It burns calories and gives you over 5000 steps in an hour. You can use it while watching TV or reading or other activities that you can do sitting down. It has changed my life! I feel like I'm doing something good for my body. It is well worth the money. It's very easy to use. You just plug it in and go. I recommend getting a non slip mat for it so it doesn't move orvslip while using it. If you want to do upper body excercize you can even hook some bands on it and get a real workout.

Received this on 9/4. Easy setup. The only mode for manual timer and direction is in the HR mode. It stays in 20 minute increments except the HR mode. The right peddle is now rubbing or loose. For the price it's not bad but it shouldn't be developing any problems this early.
