The product was advertised as having 12 levels of resistance, when you type the question into Rufus and ask. It has ZERO ability to add resistance, and you are limited to a cycling session being only 20 mins, then you have to get down and adjust/restart it again. Maybe this works for some, but I work, so the last thing I need is to stop in the middle of what I am doing only to restart a session.
