My Under Desk Elliptical is a necessity in my daily routine. I have a knee that swells and does not bear weight without pain. My current health condition does not allow the use of pain killers, but a half hour session with this elliptical reduces the swelling and I can walk pain free. My favorite feature is that it comes with 16 half hour exercise programs already loaded. Just chose a program and the machine does ALL the work changing speeds and directions at intervals for a balanced workout. And at the end records how many steps have been taken, distance traveled, speed, and number of calories burned. It also has a manual mode if you prefer to develop your own workout. At the end of the workout I feel relaxed with less pain. I look forward to my time using this elliptical. It runs quietly so does not disturb anyone close by or tv programs I may be watching. It seems quite sturdy and well-made. Yet I can lift it quite easily to move it. The size fits me quite well and I am very comfortable when using it. Plus it is easy to tuck away when not in use. I am very pleased with my purchase of this machine and think it is well worth the price. As winter approaches and keeps me indoors more often I look forward to the exercise I will get on my elliptical. Health rewards will be invaluable. I recommend this machine to anyone, especially to those needing a stress-free way to exercise.

it works very well, my only complaint is it wants to change functions on its own. not a big deal but i would prefer to choose what i want to track. well worth the money.
