The results are really good, my legs feel great and it has really reduced the swelling in my feet and legs, it works really well, this machine is for those who can control their leg muscles and can relax them while letting the machine work! I didn't think it would be so cool that.

This under-desk elliptical has improved my long, office hours. It's a struggle to get out and get some exercise due to the restraints of my job. This might not be a game changer for athletic types, but it could be beneficial for those of us who have sedentary jobs or lives. The only annoying thing is the remote is a bit finicky/delay. I might try some better batteries to see if the range is a little better (there were batteries included, though!).

It’s designed for low-intensity exercise, and at first, I wasn’t sure if it would be that helpful. But after using it for a few months, I can say it has completely changed how I think about fitness, especially for people who sit a lot during the day. Let me start by saying I don’t love traditional exercise. I know it’s important, but running or going to the gym just isn’t my thing. I was looking for something that would let me stay active without having to set aside hours of my day. It’s designed for people like me who want to sneak in some exercise while doing other things, like working or even watching TV. Another reason I was interested in this product was that it’s perfect for low-intensity exercise. I didn’t want anything too intense because my goal was more about staying active rather than working out hard. When the elliptical first arrived, I was surprised at how compact it was. I expected it to take up a lot more space, but it fits perfectly under my desk. The design is simple and sleek, so it doesn’t look out of place, whether it’s at my home office or in front of my couch. Setting it up was easy. It comes with a remote control, so I don’t even have to bend down to change the settings or start and stop the machine. That’s one of my favorite features. The remote makes it super convenient, especially when I’m in the middle of something and don’t want to pause. One of the best parts of the Under Desk Elliptical is how I can use it while I work. I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk doing schoolwork or browsing the internet, and this elliptical lets me exercise at the same time. I love this because it is so convenience for me to work out. I am just setting it under the dinner table and working out every time I sit on the table while watching TV. It comes with different modes and varices speed to pick. And keep that in mind that DONT'T step on it. It's east to set up and carry around the house. i had been using it for almost a month without any issues. It also comes with a remote control and make it easier for me to use.
