Works great!! Such a cool gadget especially if you have trouble going to the gym or work from home. Feels heavy and sturdy everything worked perfect it seems really well made. It’s already made so there really isn’t any assembly to do and it fits right under my desk perfectly. I love how you can adjust and control from the remote and the actual unit itself some i’ve seen only have a remote which is inconvenient cause what if u lose it lol. i’ve been burning around 800 calories each day with ease for the past couple weeks now! I use the max speed 12 i actually hope they make one with a higher speed and increase the 15min intervals and maybe a bigger or split screen so we can see more than one mode at a time. Other than that this thing works great a lot better than i expected but i’m glad since its definitely an investment so im glad its a good value especially since i have a ton of chronic pain and can’t put pressure on my left foot due to plantar fasciitis and fibromyalgia so this helps me still have some movement without having to ahve the pain of pressure on my foot. Literally lifesaver for me.

When I first got this, I tried it and didn't love it. I put it away for a day and tried agian, while working, and I LOVE IT. It is great for my ADHD, because it keeps my brain busy while I'm typing, creating, etc so I'm not getting as distracted opening other tabs, social media, etc. I get to focus on my WORK. Also, it's easy to work up to more minutes... but take it slow! If you start with an hour, your legs will be too sore to do it the next day. So, my recommendation is to do it for 15 minutes at a time and work your way up. It doesn't move around, and I'm 6'2" and it's not so tall that I can't use it under my desk (that was one thing I was worried about). It was easy to assemble (my daughter put it together for me). It's solid, the build quality does not feel cheap at all. It's worth the price, so my feet stop swelling!!

My wife and I have noticed that we're both much too sedentary as we get "up there" in age, so we've picked up the pace a bit, and even added this little gem. I was surprised when we received this--it's actually a pretty sturdy machine that can make you work, and that's what we want. It's very smooth, the user can adjust speeds and it's very easy to use. Did I say easy? Heck, all we have to do is sit and watch TV or read a book or do nothing but make elliptical motions with our legs. Our legs, stomachs and even our feet feel like we have something going on here. It's worth the greenbacks.
