This is a nice item for my parents who do not get around much and allows a little blood circulation. Only complaint is the remote worked one time then not again and without the remote it is hard to hit the buttons while trying to keep your feet in place since you cannot change speeds until it starts. Seems there should be ways to program before hitting the start. I have them use the pre-programmed options which gives you a three-second timer to get your feet on the pedals. ... show more

Overall, this is easy to assemble. It takes some strength, but the tools you need are all included. My intended use was to put my desk at a standing height and walk at my standing desk while working. The pictures for this item show people standing on it, but I didn't find this to be a comfortable way to use it. It is sturdy enough and stable enough to stand on. But the crank shaft is so short that it is unnatural and I found it hard to balance standing. If your primary use case is sitting down pedalling, I find it really comfortable and easy to use. It is quiet enough, but not silent. Of course, my office chair has wheels on it, and pedaling while the chair has wheels doesn't work well. If you want an under-desk elliptical and sitting on a stable chair, I think this is a great choice. But the photos depict exercising standing, and I don't think this is a good choice for that at all. ... show more

I had written one honest review about this piece of garbage, but Amazon wants me to lie and say it is the greatest thing since sliced bread. This thing needs to be shielded from all wireless remote signals. It should never have been put on the market for sale. But Amazon has decreed that I lie and say it is a great machine. Please don't buy this garbage. I have an update on this garbage, I received it on October 5, 2023, and today February 13, 2024, one of the pedals broke off making the machine useless and of course, there is no way I can get a replacement piece for it or to even contact the manufacturer for parts. ... show more
