Learned how to use it easily, and uses it while watching TV. Seems sturdy and they say it's nice and quiet. Love this little machine I sit at my desk 8 to 10 hours a day working from home I get as much exercise as I can afterwards but boy this is a game changer you put it to whatever speed you want forward or backwards and let it go and your legs are moving constantly again you can change the speed or backwards or forwards so you are burning calories and improving circulation in your legs as much as you want I will be using this everyday as I have since I got it. If you are sedentary if you have poor circulation if you should be walking and can't or won't this is going to help you out a bunch I say buy it! Oh and I read somebody said something about standing on it you're not supposed to stand this is a under desk in front of your chair workout for your legs do not stand on it that's not what it's for. ... show more
