I have had one of these before and remember it being softer and more comfortable on my neck but I think that is just because it is new. I did the thing they said about shaking it up to rearrange the beads inside but it isn't that it is just not the exact shape of my neck, yet. I do believe it will adapt to me eventually but hopefully not before it gets too used. Haven't bought this brand before but it heated well in my microwave but I have the 1000 watt type and after a minute it was perfect in warmth. It lasted as I watched an hour TV show, just seemed bunched up a little at the back of my neck and I had to reposition a few times.

For the price I think it does a good job. It doesn’t have enough grains or clay beads to stay warm long but the size works well for a woman’s neck.

What I didn't like is that there were no instructions for heating the pad so it was guess, at best. I found that three minutes was about as hot as I could have it to wear immediately, but it has a strange odor when heated? I would also like to know what the filling is and if there are any dangers involved in using it. But, does it work? Yes!
