This works okay. I have found that New Rhythm works for me much better. and not as expensive. The company changed the Zupoo formula also and is not as effective. Now the company has made a change in the Redwood. They are now a white powder capsule and no longer the brown herb capsules. Sadly this probioticic did not help in any way with digestion. For men who see the videos he does which are done very well, this will not make any cough part of your body to get larger as proclaimed from a strain in the probiotic. It is also quite expensive. I have taken for a full month, I run daily and eat a clean vegetarian diet. Absolutely nothing and I mean nothing has changed. Mood same, energy same, digestion same. They really should improve this product or change their claims. This said i am testing another product of the same company. They request two months and I am on my second order with mild Improvement. So some of their other products may be worth exploring. A lot of people seem to read my past reviews and so I plan to update you all on more information as I have it.
