It works & tastes like candy! I was always someone who never went #2 everyday, and my “regular” was more like every 3 days. I didn’t know for the longest time that you are ideally supposed to go #2 every day, and if you are not, it usually means you need to have more fiber in your diet. I started taking these in April of 2026 and it is now the end of May, so I’ve taken the recommended amount every single day for 2 months now, and WOW, can confirm, they get things moving along. My husband even asked if everything was okay because he noticed I was going to the bathroom more often than usual. They are a bit expensive in my opinion, but they work! It is way better than taking Benefiber or drinking Metamucil. These gummies are almost like a daily treat. ... show more

Olly is my go-to for vitamins, and while I do like these and they work... the rings seem to dry out quicker than the other styles/shapes for the other vitamins. It just makes it a bit more chewy not not a huge complaint. They are still great and help with all things digestive...

These are great! I have ibs and my probiotic was helping with my stomach issues but I was still having trouble going to the bathroom regularly. I asked my doctor about these fiber supplements after reading some great reviews. The gummy’s are a bit chewy but not hard. They taste very good. I used to absolutely love these gummies and recommended them to everyone. They tasted great and actually seemed to help with digestion and keeping things regular. Unfortunately, something seems to have changed. The taste is different—not as good as before—and even the texture and appearance don’t seem the same. More importantly, I don’t feel like they’re as effective as they used to be. It’s disappointing because these were a staple for me at one point. I kept buying them hoping it was just a one-off batch, but the difference has been consistent. I really hope they go back to the original formula because these used to be so good. My doctor had me on a fiber supplement, taken in the form of capsules. I had to take 8-10 daily just to get 5g of fiber! I hated taking them, so I switched to these Olly gummies (per her approval), and they are AWESOME. They have been just as (if not more) effective than the regular capsules. They are delicious, and enjoyable. I can also share them with my boyfriend for a few days if he is in need of a little extra boost. I love it!
