I swear by these gummies. I’ve taken them now for about 6months and when I tell you I am a regular pooper now. For ladies in general we have a hard time staying regular so this is perfect. These gummies truly make the difference! I ran out for a few days, and quickly noticed how big of a difference they make overall. The taste is great and they do exactly what they offer! I pair these with the Lemme Tone gummies and you can notice/feel the difference in less than a week!

These have helped my IBS. Although not perfect they have worked better than other IBS gummies I’ve tried. They have regulated my bowl movements fairly well. To the point where it’s more manageable. They do cause considerable gas and poo is rather smelly. Have some cramping. I have dropped taking linzess every day and use it only when really bound up.

I got these Lemme Debloat gummies for my girlfriend because she’s basically the unofficial president of the “Lemme Fan Club,” and according to her, this one is the MVP. Within a few days she was genuinely less bloated—like her stomach went from “post-Thanksgiving leftovers” to “magazine subscription ad.” She swears by these so hard I’m half expecting her to start handing them out like business cards. Plus, they taste like blackberry candy, which is great because she forgets they’re healthy and just thinks she’s getting a treat. Honestly, I’d eat them too if she didn’t guard the bottle like it’s the last slice of pizza. never felt any slight difference in bloating, i took it as recommended and it made no difference. i wanted to trust because it was name brand it would work but i will be looking else where. taste of gummy was decent at least.

I don’t know what they put in these gummies but they are the FIRST digestive product that I’ve tried that actually takes that lower abdominal puff away! 🥹 They relieve that lower belly bloat - girls, I know you know what I mean - and they will prevent it from happening if taken ahead of time. I don’t use them daily, only when I need relief, or when I know I will need it as preventative care, i.e., when I know I’m working a long night shift and my sleep pattern is gonna get messed up. They help keep the gut in check; they keep that bloaty puff at bay! If I take them before bed, they work through the night, and I wake up looking normal again. Seriously amazing. Idk what’s in them that makes them different but they’re incredible 🙌🏼 no other product has delivered this result.
