These probiotics are very good! They arrived quickly and well packaged. They are a little smaller than standard size capsules, and easy to swallow. They have no discernible, taste or odor. They do not bother my stomach and they really have done a great job, keeping my gut in check! I have taken these for about a week now and have noticed improvement with my digestive issues. I think enough evidence exists that taking a probiotic is important. The bottle came sealed and I felt safe taking them.

I’ll be buying these probiotics again! The capsules are small and easy to swallow, so they’re easy to take in the mornings alongside my protein shake.
