I've had several things by Mary Ruth's, I've been happy with the quality everytime. It doesn't disappoint. These 3 in 1 digestive health pre, pro and post biotics are guaranteed to have 50 billion CFUs. That is a lot. There are 23 different strains, 21 of them are probiotics. Just 1 capsule a day. Vegan and gluten free. Safe for men and women. I don't have any digestive issues, I take then as a preventative and overall health. I just wish they weren't so spendy.

I’ve always trusted the Mary Ruth brand, so when it comes to a probiotic, count me in. I need to take probiotics daily for my gut health. These are easy to take, and so far haven’t upset my tummy at all. This is only one months worth of capsules, so they’re a bit pricey, although most good quality probiotics are. I like that they don’t have to be refrigerated.

Whether you are getting older or just want to take better care of your gut health, these are meant for you. The probiotics are just one pill a day and really work great at balancing your digestive health. If you are not used to probiotics, you'll want to start slow and know that there may be a day or two of getting used to it. There are no negative side effects, but the positive side effects are regularity and good gut health which can easily be the basis of your immune system. Overall, they are a bit expensive for a 30 day supply being $45. If they work for you though, then its worth the price.

I drink a lot of water throughout the day to hydrate myself so adding this probiotic to water is right up my ally. There is a small scoop inside for measuring, I add a scoop to a glass of water and mix and drink. There is no taste, how much easier can it be. I really trust this brand and I feel good about taking their products. This is a great way for me to get my probiotics.
