I guess call me the fool for spending $40 bucks on what totals "maybe" 2 tablespoons of product!!!! Yeah, I feel TOTALLY RIPPED OFF! Question why the smallish bottle? These 3 in 1 digestive health pre, pro and post biotics are guaranteed to have 50 billion CFUs. That is a lot. There are 23 different strains, 21 of them are probiotics. Just 1 capsule a day. The probiotics are just one pill a day and really work great at balancing your digestive health. If you are not used to probiotics, you'll want to start slow and know that there may be a day or two of getting used to it. There are no negative side effects, but the positive side effects are regularity and good gut health which can easily be the basis of your immune system.
