Bought this probiotic due to a few factors: probiotic amount, different strains of bacteria, veggie capsule, its shelf stable, and a good price which are all markers of a quality product for me. I like to use probiotics to keep my gut happy, it helps with my digestion when things are feeling sluggish and it's a staple in my routine for my health. So far so good, I take one probiotic every other day due to the probiotic amount, I don't need much than that due to eating fermented food as well. For beginners take high dose probiotics, I would recommend starting off slow to see how it makes you feel until you get to the recommended dosage. I’d like to make an honest review and not a good overly positive review with promise of a free product as some sort of motivation . I gave these a month to see how they could benefit me and I don’t feel super positive about them: they gave me constant diarrhea and while on these, after eating breakfast I’d face 4 to 5 rounds of horrid diarrhea. Not taking these, the problems go away. I even tested it with a week break and back to them and the problems came right back. It will even reoccur after a few days off. That fact that they do this to me doesn’t make it a bad product for everyone. I know the point of probiotics is to disrupt the current biome and change things but I personally didn’t perceive that i got a benefit from these… just painful bathroom trips and worse digestion . That is just me, I’m not saying don’t try them, and I’m not saying that they are “bad” just that they don’t make MY gut happy and they don’t make my digestion better and they don’t make my BM’s healthier . ... show more
