I have an umbilical hernia. My surgery isn’t for another couple of weeks so I have been wearing this for the past few weeks in the evenings after I get home from work u til my surgery. It feels really good when you put it on and sinch it tight. It’s like it’s holding everything together. It’s summer so it’s been really hot. I feel like this breathes really well. I was in between getting a small or medium and went with the small. Glad I did because I can cinch it tight. I recommend this product.

I bought this because I have a Umbilical Hernia. I needed some support my hernia is not bad i didn't want to make worse. The belt came with two different mini pads it all depends on how much support you need. The belt is very flexible and very confrontable when you sit down it does not gouge you it flexes with you. I can where the belt for 8 hours a day no problem. The belt gives you support in your belly button as it suppose to do. This is a great product that works i highly recommend this belt if you a hernia!!! God Bless

My favorite feature about this binder is its minimalist design.. and how simple it is to use. It’s quite comfortable too, as i have to wear it during an entire workday so o appreciate that I often forget I’m wearing it. Not at all bulky either so hides well under clothing. I’ve noticed I don’t have as much pain or abdominal discomfort if I wear it all day, as if i would going to wk without it.

I bought this after an L4-5 anterior fusion and discectomy, where my spine was accessed from my lower abdomen. The brace I was given in the hospital provided full support and total limitation of bending. I used this belt starting a few days after the surgery if I was up and moving around in the house. It provides two things- one is moderate compression to help alleviate abdominal surgical pain and importantly also helps keeps your attention to your core area. Once the surgical pain starts to decrease sufficiently and you want to SAFELY move around more, this reminds you not to bend because of the constriction. It’s enough support to make bending harder to do but will NOT keep you from bending, like a brace does. This is a great option that I used it a lot for about 4-5 weeks as I healed.

I’d say that this is a great product. It is good quality, but the sizing is not quite right. I suggest getting a size bigger if you’re at the high end of the size range.

Fast delivery Reasonable price I dont often review things I have only used for one day. But the hernia eruption near my belly button freaked me out ! So it really needed this band aide. I have a 33~36" waist This small size Truss is more than long enough; it feels on the low-wattage end of the power scale but it's working already. The offending intestine has not popped out during the night, nor since I got up this morning, The Truss is now outside my T-shirt, but under my work shirt; it's comfortable.

I just found out this week that I have a minor Umbilical hernia probably from cutting and moving a 70 foot fallen tree off of the yard a few weeks ago. I am only wearing it for Fall leaf cleanup which requires me to use a heavy ladder to clean out gutters and to use a hand held leaf blower. The belt was used for the first time today while working in the yard. It was comfortable and I even used the pad over my belly button. I have a different compression belt for heavy lifting and tree cutting that I plan to use in the future going forward after I get my surgery. If I wear the belt all day, it gets slightly uncomfortable. I do wear it under my shirt with nothing between it and my skin. You might want to wear another shirt underneath the belt to provide more comfort.
