This gives great support and really helped when I broke my rib. When I took it off the pain under my breasts from the binder hurt sooo bad. I only wore it once because it cut me under my breasts.

I like the fact the rib binder does not roll up or down. The binder stays in place and really compresses the injury. The binder allows me to move about with no pain. You can also adjust the binder at any time for even more comfort. The Velcro holds the binder perfectly.
