UPDATED: January 2023 - purchased another one thinking it would be better. NOPE!!! Total CRAP!!!! The velcro does not hold when you wrap it around your body. It constantly unhinges when I bend over or sit down and get up. As loose as I may place it, it just works itself loose and falls off my mid section. I'm not fat or obese. Medium to slim build but it continues to not hold on. The black version of this is SO MUCH BETTER. I have a 4 year old model and it still holds. So I purchased this version (light skin color) to wear under light colored shirts. I typically use the Ortonyx Umbilical Hernia belt (black version). Well, they have redesigned the light colored one. Cause the mess is lighter in feel, not as supporting or as strong & they removed the four (4) velcro tabs the black one used to have (was also great for gauging where to attach it to around your body). Now the entire wrap is velcro material - not comfy what so ever. Also, abdominal binder (circular pad) falls out of place while wearing it as the old black version used to have a dedicated stick of velcro pad. Now, the circular pad is supposed to stick to the belt itself. I have worn the black version for 3-1/2 years and LOVED it. This light colored, newer version does not work for me.
