Decent product for what it is. I bought for use after a hernia surgery and it helped keep everything in place. I would've liked it to be a bit wider to cover my large belly, but it worked. It was a bit scratchy on my bare skin after several hours.

Oh, my goodness! I fell while getting out of the tub, landing on my left rib cage. There’s no treatment for cracked ribs, only pain management. Imagine cracked ribs while being sick with RSV. Every cough, sneeze, breath caused tremendous pain. I ordered this abdominal wrap, because I needed extra support. This wrap worked so well; much better than holding a pillow against the ribs during a cough or sneeze attack. The wrap is adjustable, easy to put on due to its stretchability and the Velcro is strong enough to keep it in place. As I coughed, sneezed, took a deep breath or moved, the wrap gave me the extra support I needed without holding a pillow against my ribs. Without a doubt, this wrap helped me get through a very difficult and painful injury.

I found this be more of a medical device than a compression garment you would wear under your clothes for the purpose of vanity. I would elaborate, but alas, it seems like lately anytime I say anything that would be negative towards a product. I am censored by the company. Which is unfortunate because I think the only way that we can properly get feedback is through honesty.

They do the job for a minute, but the material falls apart quickly. You'll have elastic sticking out everywhere. Not recommended for long term use, such as those who need an abdominal binder to assist with blood pressure and breathing (namely high level paraplegics), simply because the material will injure your skin. The idea is great, I love the stays in the back and the double Velcro straps helps with posture and keeps the skin from being pinched. But better quality materials are needed for me to give a higher rating. It can be quite challenging to put on if you have no core to stabilize yourself since you'll need both hands to strap the binder on.

I have a connective tissue disorder which requires a lot of bracing, so I'm no stranger to various abdominal/back braces. This one takes the cake! I've tried a few different styles of braces and this is the only one that offered instant relief. It improved my posture and took my pain from an 8/10 to a 3/10. I have a 46" waist and 52" hips, and the XL is still slightly large on me. I will say that it is a bit shorter on my torso than expected so it gives me a muffin top, but I'd much rather look a little lumpy and in less pain than thinner and hurting! The brace isnt noticable under clothing thankfully (just my fat rolls lol.) I can't even feel the structural boning in the back either! The material is a little scratchy, but that's to be expected with most braces. Quality wise, the product is on par for the price. With proper care I can see getting at least 1+ years of effective use, maybe more.
