This is one of the best Most comfortable binders that I have bought and used I love it the way it holds all the hernias in place The Velcro wasn't too good on it It started coming off and I had to replace it and try to get it to stay on the velcro was not strong enough for that but put your own drill throw on it make it strong enough and it's the finest one comfortable I still use mine because it is so comfortable and durable I would still buy another one I would just go ahead and replace the velcro at the beginning and not worry about it that way
